Enjoy specially selected wines from Donna Fugata as well as a sampling of Sicilian flavors and specialties from Chef Maniaci's culinary journey. Five extravagant courses of seasonal favorites expertly paired with an array of wines and spirits...Start with a "Bagna Caulda", hot bath of bubbling butter, garlic and olive oil ready for dipping crisp spring vegetables and breads in. Enjoy classic saffron/ragu arancini and sfinguni-thick focaccia like pizza piled high with thinly shaved Porketta and broccolini topped with a lemon caper aioli. Feast on a traditional Pasta con Sardi celebrateing St. Gusippe and a strong historical connection for chef Maniaci along side rolls of broiled stuffed Spedini, and finally end with D'Vino's take on traditional a Sicilian Cassatta cake, layers of almond sponge cake, chocolate/hazlenut spread, raspberry and apricot preserves, rum and cannoli cream.

Food was excellent- maybe the best Italian I’ve had in Madison. I didn’t understand their service strategy. We were served by multiple people of varying skill/ experience. Some had good manner and intuition, others did not.

Absolutely divine experience at D'vino! Was so good Wednesday I came back Friday for my birthday. Can't wait to go again. Interesting wine list, and a real carbonara!!! The tiramisu did not impress so we won't order that again... but everything else was so good we didn't mind! Staff was friendly and very attentive. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

The food is delish thanks to the high attention to detail both in the back and the front of the house. A favorite spot for authentic Italian, nice wine, and great cocktails.

This was our first time at D'Vino. The layout of the room was a bit quirky, and the seating options were suboptimal. Instead of having 2 chairs at a table we were given 1 chair plus banquette seating that was so low to the ground that soft cushions were placed on top - which made for a very uncomfortable place to sit and try to enjoy dinner. The service was attentive, but the food was average at best. Not sure we will be back any time soon.
