At Dumplin’, we celebrate the universal love for dumplings—those little pillows of dough with endless possibilities. Inspired by Frank Bonanno’s playful style, Dumplin’ offers a global take on favorites like ravioli, bao, and kreplach. Ask for: Steamed, pan-seared, or boiled? Rocks, up, or neat? Chopsticks, fork, or fingers? Expect: A 1968 billboard urging you to “consider the un.” We honor it with cacio e pepe ramen, whipped tofu hummus, extinct whiskeys, and jelly beer. Expect the un.

                                                                                                          I want to give this restaurant five stars but the 22% mandatory gratuity keeps that from happening. I'm one of those people that's going to tip 20 to 25% regardless but feeling like I'm forced to doesn't sit well with me. Kyle was an excellent server deserved every penny of that 22% (I would have tipped 25% if I wasn't mandated to give 22 without a choice) but what if the service wasn't that great?

                                                                                                          Great food!! The fusion of Italian and Japanese delights made for a perfect food experience. My friends and I ordered a mix of dumplings, ramen and shared the food. We experienced such delicious food, and savored the flavors and creative blendings of food traditions, and new combinations. The dessert was heavenly and we all left feeling satisfied but not overly stuffed. I am returning in a couple of weeks with another group of friends. Great place!!!!

                                                                                                          Loved the food here! Jordan the manager was our server and couldn’t have been nicer. All of the food we had was delicious and they had some awesome / fun cocktails. Will definitely be back!

                                                                                                          Found Dumplin’ on Open Table. Went on a great warm evening and sat outside. Raquel, our server, was so welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free and dairy-free diet. We ordered a bit of everything: cucumber salad, whipped tofu, tuna tartare( which is the only thing I wouldn’t get again), lamb kebabs, and both a fried and steamed dumpling. We will definitely be back; Highlands Square is a fun little area to walk around before or after dinner as well!

                                                                                                          We had an unforgettable meal at Dumplin last night. Our favorite dishes were the hamachi crudo, the porchetta bao buns, and the wagyu and black truffle dumplings. The octopus fritto was irresistible and was so light and crispy. Innovative flavors, thoughtful presentation, and service was top notch. For dessert, the scorched s’more sundae is absolute perfection! Can’t wait to return for another date night or with a small group!

                                                                                                          Dumplin is a great experience. Good food, and now with the Frito on the menu; yum! I do wish food was 10% cheaper, and Little Buddha was in stock. But the world always has a few things that don’t work out in ones’ favor.

                                                                                                          I’ve never left a review good or bad, but Dumplin deserves it’s praise. Our server, Raquel, was amazing and made our random Saturday dinner special. We started with the cucumber salad which was refreshing and the perfect level of spice. We then had the best dish I’ve tasted in years, the Wagyu & Black Truffle Pan-Fried Dumplings. These are a Must Order. The Panchetta Boa Buns were delicious and then we finished with the Cacio Pepe Ramen. Everything was spaced out well and delicious. The team saw how much we were enjoying this dinner and was kind enough to give us the S’more’s Sunday dessert to try. It was spectacular. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
