   Very pleasant dinner this evening. Restaurant is modern and light, beautifully done. The service from Jeanette was excellent. She explained the menu thoroughly, checked on us regularly and refilled the drinks before we even asked. The breads were amazing but the bread plate would easily feed 6. Came with a spicy olive tapenade, hummus and roasted peppers. Chopped salad had a nice light dressing. Pizza was wood-fired and very good. Chocolate gelato was rich, the best ever. Strongly recommend a stop here.

   Our server Janette was amazing. That’s about it. The chef should be replaced or be given lessons in how to cook Italian food. Our pasta was not cooked Al dente but more raw served in about a cup of water. There was a scoop of cheese on top, one broccolini, and one tomato. I guess the whole concept of cooking the pasta in the sauce was never explained to them. The beet ravioli, also came out looking like soup. Honestly, it’s not that hard if someone is just shown the basics of Italian cooking. The pizza was ok…not terrible. I would just stay away from any pasta dishes there. Again, service was amazing..food I would give it a negative 1 star

   Caesar salad was very good, The menistroni soup flavorless The smoked short rib was very good, The wild boar cavatelli was not good the pasta was barely cooked it was hard on the inside like crunchy hard, I had the Bolognese it was probably the best food at the table. My wife had the Osso Boca with risotto the risotto was not cooked all the way it was crunchy So two of the entrées were not very good.

   Amazing food, everything from the appetizers to the dessert was delicious! the prices are affordable and you can tell that the ingredients are fresh and they have a high quality! The service was outstanding! and our server had great recommandations! I will be happy to come back if i have the chance to travel to Zion again!!!

   Our server was the utmost amazing! The food was amazing in all ways. We talked with Chef upon leaving, and he was a charm with flour on his Chef coat and a big smile when we told him how great the food was! We will be back and spread the word about this amazing place.

    Beautiful venue and decor. Drinks came very late. My martini wasn’t great and was half-full. Bruschetta was flavorless and awkward. Huge round tomatoes cut in half piled on the bread and they expect you to dip without it all falling off. Stupid. Chicken parm was just ok. Sauce was kinda bland. Chicken was delicious. Seafood linguini was a complete ripoff. One, ONE scallop on the plate. Two shrimp, a few mussels. What a joke. The pasta wasn’t al dente, but the cream sauce was very good. The strawberry terrine was very weird. The chocolate was good, but whatever disgusting blob it came with was inedible. The gelato was fantastic. The room is beautiful, but open to the kitchen, which was very loud.

    Dulivia is a very posh looking restaurant! We were staying just across the street so we thought we would try it out. Our waitress was amazing! She was both funny and attentive. Food was good. We would go back.

    Loved our server Shelby. Ambience was awkward-it didn’t make sense for the area-too modern, too white and too bright for dining. Skip the bread board-it’s not very imaginative or delicious. Big mistake. White pizza was also a big miss. It states on the menu that it has a white cream sauce but according to the kitchen it is Italian style which means no sauce. Very contradictory.

    My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Dulivia during our stay in Springdale. The ambiance is beautiful, service was excellent and our meals were absolutely delicious. We shared the octopus appetizer which was perfectly cooked and very tasty. We each had a pasta dish and they were both delicious. I finished my meal with their gelato which was also excellent. We actually think it was the best dinner we had while staying in Springdale. We very highly recommend Dulivia to anyone looking for a delicious dinner in a beautiful setting. You will not be disappointed.

    A very elegant restaurant, our server, Michelle, was warm and friendly, attentive and prompt. Food was delicious. The seafood linguine was appetizing and very tasty. I had the pork chop, which was a very large serving. The pork was nicely done, pink and moist, accompanied by delicious and perfectly cooked roasted potatoes and carrots. Wonderful cocktails and quality wines were also enjoyed by the table. We ended the meal with the rice pudding, which had a delicate lemon and cinnamon flavor, even though the rice was a little crunchier than expected. All in all, a very nice place to relax and have a nice meal, or celebrate special occasions with friends or family.

    Entrees were brought before salads were finished. My wife bruschetta was served on bread so hard that cut it,,Pizza was Luke warm and was terrible. I had high hopes, but will not go back

    Wonderful meal in a superb location! The restaurant is gorgeous. Our server Jeanette was fabulous. We did not experience some of the things in the poor reviews. This was a great meal, cocktails were spot on and outstanding view from the patio.

    When driving into Zion, Dulivia is on the BACK SIDE of 2 other restaurants & at night, their sign does NOT have lights, it's almost impossible to see. Even using Google maps, I found it by accident. Once you go inside, the place is beautiful. Very elegant. Service was wonderful. Excellent wine list. The meatballs appetizer is wonderful. My girlfriend loved her Wild Boar & I stole some bites as well. Next time we go, that's what I'm getting. My lasagna was, ok. Their red sauce needs some help. For dessert we had the cannoli with gelato. That was fantastic! Now that we know where it is, we will go back, I've got to have the wild boar.

    Our server Janette was a delight! Enjoyed the food, ambiance and experience. Just a suggestion that when tip is included ( there were just 4 of us) that it would have been helpful to know that upfront. Happy to leave extra but didn’t like feeling like we were taken advantage of. It should be made up front regardless of. Number of people In the party.

    After being seated, we waited 20 minutes until a server came to our table. After placing our drink and appetizer order, it was another 20 minutes for drinks and appetizer to arrive. The burrata with fresh pear was served with an unripened pear that was difficult to cut and not tasty. I ordered a cosmo, telling our serving that I preferred it tart instead of sweet. She came back and said the bartender only makes the one way. I then ordered a tanqueray and tonic and she brought me my drink with the upgraded gin and charged me for it. I was done and we paid our bill and found another place to finish our meal.

    Very poor service burnt but cold food. Slow drinks. I know staffing is an issue at many restaurants. I have been to Dulivia several times, but this was the worst experience. As it turns out we met a couple at breakfast the next morning and they had a similar story.

    The view was amazing! We sat on the patio looking directly at the canyon wall. Our server was very personable. But she had a lot of tables and therefore we did have some long wait periods. We ordered the tricolored salad and it was quite good except for the large tomatoes that were not ripe. The pasta was quite tasty.

    There was a mix up with our order. Our waitress brought us the wrong salad and when we told her that was not what we ordered she wanted to argue with us and insisted what she brought us was what we ordered. She told us she would bring us the other salad but charge us for both. I’ve never been treated like that at a restaurant EVER. When we asked for the manager she reluctantly brought us the actual salad we ordered. However we got “punished” for the rest of the night by dropping off food quickly and never asking if we needed anything. I wanted to order a glass of wine with dinner with my main course but never got the chance. On a positive the food was amazing! Service needs work
