Our dinner with our guests was very enjoyable.
The chowder wasn’t out favorite but otherwise the good was very good.
From the outside, this doesn’t look like the nicest restaurant but once you get inside, a great vibe with great food and drinks. The servers were extremely nice and knowledgeable and will definitely be coming back in the near future!
I was hosting two East Coast friends so I thought PNW seafood would be the right choice. Duke’s did not disappoint. They each had two appetizers, chowder and an entree! One of them even took dessert to go. Sarah’s service was friendly and efficient. One of us had gluten issues and she accommodated those graciously. They were both impressed with everything. It’s nice to showcase a locally owned business.
I always love Duke’s food, as well as just the right level of “fancy.” Our server, Bubba, was great, and always there at the right time.
Our server Maddie was fantastic!
Great Saturday afternoon spot to drop in, eat chowder and watch football. Servers are always very nice too!
We enjoyed it very much
Good food. Dining room has a lot of hard surfaces so noisy.
Service a bit disjointed. Had 3 different servers.
Hint Ask for drink orders before asking for my food order.
halibut was dry and lacked flavor, other dishes also disappointed for the high price
Cameron is the best ever! The food is also very good and always consistent. (Why isn’t there a sixth star for service? Duke’s in Bellevue’s waitstaff is fantastic.)
Fantastic fresh oysters, fresh, cold, and well shucked.
The salmon was over cooked. It was supposed to be a copper river salmon, which has high fat content, but the piece was cooked to dry condition, not worthy of high price at all. Accompanied by just few pieces of veggies.
Great spot near Bellevue Square. Service was a bit uneven; otherwise an amazing meal.
The service was great. Our hostess seated us right away with a smile, and our waitress, Wendy was very friendly and made sure we had everything just right. The lobster chowder was great, and the fish and chips. I ordered the Kentucky salmon. It was daring on my part because I normally do not like sweet sauces on fish. It was good, but I think I'll stick with salty next time. The caesar salads were great too....loved the parmesan on top.
My first time dining at Duke's and I was very pleased with my meal and service. We were a group of 4 and everyone was high complimentary about our experience. I plan to eat there again.
Great food, ambiance and service. Duke’s consistently does a great job.
The food is excellent and service is very good. Best salmon so far.
Family of 4had dinner at Dukes Seafood for the first time. Receptionist was attentive and sat us promptly at our reservation time. The waiter was prompt to visit with bread and water for the table. My wife and I found the menu choices were great, while my teens not as much. Plenty of GF options, but my older teen was hoping for simpler shellfish dish, like mussels or clams. We started with the calamari steak strips, which we liked alot. My GF son had two small bowls of chowder. The “award winning” version he loved, while not so much on the lobster version. I had the Ragin Cagin chowder and liked it. My older teen settled for a burger, which he said was OK. I had two tacos, which were large and tasty. With drinks the bill was over $200. Not an inexpensive seafood restaurant.
The food was fantastic and our server Wendy was AWESOME! She made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive. Thank you for the delicious birthday cobbler! I’ll definitely be back!
Solid seafood restaurant. Take advantage of their Happy Hour to save some money.
Food was fresh, nicely prepared. We have been 3 times in 2 weeks and there’s a variation of serving size especially in main meal salads which are small for the price
Service and food excellent as always.
Customer service was great however the food portions were inadequate and also more flavor with needed to make the food taste better
My return visit to Duke's this time was disappointing. While the food itself was tasty, this restaurant (for lunch at least) is terribly over-priced. I paid $40 for an Alaska Wild Halibut Sandwich with fries. Their "dingy" portion Ciappino style chowder is so small that it shouldn't cost more than $3.
And I had to ask three times for ketchup for the fries. By the time it was delivered, the fries were barely lukewarm. At least the hot bread and butter remains delicious and worthwhile.
Service great, appetizers delicious, fish entrees overcooked. Have been to Greenlake location where crab-stuffed halibut cooked to perfection! Was hoping to have same experience here but somewhat disappointed.
Best Fish Tacos I've had. Service and atmosphere were very good.
The "Copper River Salmon" was not Copper River Salmon. The salmon came out over cooked 2x, and was (again) not Copper River Salmon. I felt for the price the meal was underwhelming and I would have rather had salmon from somewhere that knows how to cook salmon properly.
Excellent food and ambiance!!!
The food was delicious and the service was great. Would highly recommend.
Everything was delish! Staff was pleasant and professional. Oh, yes....cocktails were lovely!
Food and service were very good, but 26& for 2 pieces of fish ( fish and chips) and not many fries seemed a little steep
Love Dukes. No mater what you order it never disappoints.
Particularly nice place to go for almost any occasion. We like to sit by windows but a warning, the tables are close enough that if you have a business matter that requires a lot of verbal exchange, choose a booth. We were seated by a particularly energetic party on our most recent visit and it was a chore to hear.
Never been to Bellevue location prior to this visit. It was really wonderful. It's located on the 2nd floor of an office/dining/shopping complex. Really enjoyed the meal. It was a special occasion and the server did all she could to make it so. We started with the traditional clam chowder. Will get the dingy size instead of the small bowl next time because with meal, it was too much. Husband had un-crab cakes and I had the stuffed & puffed shrimp. both were delicious. Nice sourdough bread served complementary -- very soft and warm. We had a small bite appetizer which was yummy, especially the sauce -- it was one scallop wrapped in bacon and one shrimp wrapped in bacon. Nice ambiance as well. Will return.
Duke’s seafood is our all time favorite to celebrate special occasion! The menu has limited items but their variety of chowders as well as all seafood entrees are mind blowing!
Food and service were outstanding.
We love Duke’s! Food and service consistently excellent. It’s a great place to go for any type of gathering from a date to a business dinner.
Excellent meal, as usual. Monday is half price wine! We visit Duke's 1-3 times a month. Great food!
Will start off by saying we had great service, waiter was awesome. We also thought it was AWESOME that they had sustainable seafood practices. Unfortunately seafood seasoning left much to be desired. Both the stuffed salmon and halibut were not well seasoned. Oysters were tiny though tasty. Rockfish taco the best things we ordered. In all spent 250$ for 4 people.
Dukes is always a great experience. Excellent food, excellent service.
