   Smallest oysters I have ever seen and the food was overpriced for the quality. Honestly, a disappointing meal. Drinks were great and bar service was excellent!

   Our party of four had a wonderful dining experience at Duemani. Early dinner on a Sunday after two full days of skiing, ready to indulge and be served. The staff wowed us, from first entering the restaurant. Very well mannered, attentive and professional. What really prompted this strong review, though, was the chef. I was the sole vegan of our group, and come from a family of chefs, so to request modifications to a fine dining menu brings me great discomfort… after asking the waiter for recommendations, he left to consult the chef and the chef actually came out to greet me at the table, offering to freestyle a meal for me on the fly, asking my preferences / allergies / likes and dislikes. The sheer gesture blew me away… and then the dishes were INCREDIBLE (avocado, cucumber, yuzu, fried leeks…) Mine, and those of our full omnivore table! As a group of high-bar foodies, we had no critiques. The chef then came back out to check on us, in addition to our waiter and the manager. That is real service. All impressed… homemade sorbet and ice cream for dessert… Thank you for a wonderful experience, Duemani!

    In the competitive dining arena of Aspen, Duemani stands out. Be prepared to pay $$$$ but worth it for the phenomenal food and artisanal cocktails. Looking forward to our next visit.

    Had a reservation at 8:15, Mgr let us know they were running behind due to his seating error, gave us a seat at the bar to enjoy a drink, did wait about 1/2 hr, so he took care of our drink and sent over a lovely appetizer as well. Food was fresh, favorable and would definitely go back as many choices looked great.

    This place is probably one the best restaurants we have eaten in Aspen! Everything was so delicious. And the service was amazing. We will definitely go back to Duemani every year to get some quality food!

    Tasteful dining room. Small plates were nice. Brussels were little hot with red pepper, wish I'd known. Octopus was delicious. Server was abrupt and abrasive so tainted our entire experience. Actually expedited our leaving before dessert and coffee.

    Went here one day during my honeymoon. The place seemed rather overpriced. The food portions where huge, but the taste left something to be desired. The service was good, but overall the experience was a 2-3 out of 5.

    Lovely restaurant with good service although when I asked for more water ( which shouldn’t have been necessary) , the server only filled my glass and left everyone else’s’ at the table empty. Expensive wine list with virtually nothing under $100. Food was really delicious though!

    We sat at the bar. The food was outstanding and all the bartenders recommendations were excellent. It's pricy, but hey, it's Aspen. Would definitely go here again.
