Open Table accepted reservation for a day the restaurant is closed. Had to reschedule for the next day.
Salad and dessert were best parts of the meal; steak was burnt; fries were cold. While friendly, staff were somewhat inattentive; took a long time to receive food--had to ask for dessert to go because we'd been there so long. We were seated by the open kitchen door (even though we were one of only about three couples in the restaurant) and thus were subjected to all the kitchen noises, including breaking dishes--and to a very vocal, disgruntled employee. Empathise with issues brought about by short staffing but was very disappointed in this dining experience.
Restaurant was not open after making reservations on Open Table and driving 30 minutes to get there. Poor experience.
Our server was amazing! Food was delicious! The homemade chips were out of this world!
Open table let us and another party book tables and we got there and it wasn't open on Mondays.
Do not make a reservation to this hotel! Their hours are not listed in open table and you can make a reservation for the reservation when it’s not open! The hotel staff are clueless about the hours of the restaurant as well.
We made reservations and they are closed down. The people at the front desk were rude about it, too. No other place was available to reserve at that time. We shouldn’t be able to make a reservation if it’s not open.
Mad reservations, got to restaurant only to be told they were not open for service. Couldn’t have been more unprofessional
Made a reservation on open table only to arrive and find out they were closed on a holiday weekend
Can’t really rate...made reservations via Open Table for Sunday 6/27....they even sent text to confirm...arrived only to find they were coded on Sunday....
Open Table let us down. It allowed, and confirmed a reservation for a restaurant that was closed. This has been a lcommon problem from reading reviews. Open Tanle needs to fix this problem !!!a set no z sa mm.
Website indicated that the retaurant was open and my reservation was accepted... drove to the site, walked in, and was told by staff that the restaurant wasn't open that day and that no food could be served, only alcohol. Bummer.
Don’t bother! The overall feel the moment we walked in was this was an extension of the hotel lobby vs. a restaurant to sit and have a nice meal. The food was meh for 3 out of 4 of us. I asked for a salad with no cheese. The server came back later and asked if the request was due to an allergy or preference. When I said preference, he said good and they were “digging out the cheese put on by accident.” My son’s fish was served to him not cooked and smelled off. Thankfully no charge for it as it was the most expensive item on the menu ($26). The highlight really was the server as he had the whole restaurant and stayed pleasant even under the circumstances.
Food was good for the price. Service was friendly and fast.
Summer was absolutely wonderful! She made fabulous drinks and was very accommodating!
Very clean and comfortable. Great food and generous portions.
We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere but there was only one server for everyone. The macaroni that’s supposed to be the best thing is pretty basic but it was still good.
Was an absolutely amazing place! Had their pork nachos which was delicious, the Chicken and Waffles was good. My husband had the brisket burger- was slightly disappointed that it wasn't brisket on top of the burger (it was made out of it)- but it wasn't on the plate long enough to be a real issue. My kids and I had the Mac and Cheese- it was NOT a disappointment. I honestly could go there daily for their mac and cheese. The beignets were delicious- needed either more powdered sugar, chocolate, caramel- something.
It was a hotel lobby restaurant, so that was a little set back as we had a hard time finding it, but the ambiance was good and it was quiet.
Although reservation was confirmed on Open Table-when we arrived, for a friend's birthday-the restaurant was closed...Hours of service need to be updated and if reservations are going to be "confirmed"-you might want to confirm them with the restaurant as well...
Warm reception, excellent attentive service and food. Nice menu selections including appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. Plenty of beverage choices including a variety of wines and beers.
This is a restaurant that we highly recommend to others. We are looking forward to returning soon.
I had the macaroni and cheese with Scallops. Was very good. Ribeye was ordered by another it was also very good. Crab cakes were good but not great. Will go back!
We never got to eat there . It was closed when we there . They are not open on Sunday’s. Needless to say I was not happy with open table or due south
Surprisingly good for an in hotel restaurant!
Was not open
Great cocktails and awesome dinner. Manager came around and paid us a visit to make sure everything was awesome and it was. Nice menu.
Service was slow because of short staff food was good but not outstanding covid definitely had an impact so maybe a little unfair analysis
New restaurant good service fish was delicious overcooked. Other than that I would go back
