   Food was great and so was the ambiance. Seemed that there were only 3 servers (1 was the bartender) . We were not checked on frequently (maybe once every 30 min) . Multiple times we'd have to search for people to get condiments , silverware, water , and additional drinks.

   The place was not packed by any means, and I had to go and find somebody to ask about my reservation. Then we had to go back and ask someone when they were going to come to the table to serve us. It just seemed that they were very shorthanded, because even as guests arrive we had to wait a very long time considering the place looked pretty empty. We found a place via social media and it definitely wasn’t what it portrayed

   Let me start by saying people, things and establishments have their days. On the date of my rsvp was that day. I had a reservation booked for 6 people. When I arrived, there was no host nor greeter. I walked over to the bar and inquire how do I go about my reservations. Bartender tells me “Oh our manager isn’t here and we don’t have access to open table so It’s first come first serve”. So we basically had to wait around until a table was available. After we got settled it took another 30mins and me 2 times going to look or ask if a waitress will be taking our order. Finally we get a waitress and she makes a remark oh no one can see you all over here. FYI the place is not that big. It was only three waitress and their focused was on the middle of the establishment. A little more sense of direction and initiative would of really help the flow of thing. “Just my observation” Now we order and everyone ordered the chicken and waffles. Waitress comes back and said there was one order made and that they had ran out of waffles would we like to substitute for the French toast? Table agreed yes. Chicken came out good it was season well and had a good crunch the French toasted was good as well. Moving along the restaurant markets these cute ducks that come with certain drinks which was another thing we wanted to experience and for esthetic picture taking. Well guess what they ran out of those as well. I can keep going but I will stop and add that they did took off two meals for the terrible service. Food 8/10. I well still recommend hoping no one experience what we did.

   If I could give zero stars I definitely would. This was by far the worst brunch experience I have ever had. I have viewed this place on instagram and thought it would be something cute and different over the normal brunch places. I chose to visit this place on a weekend that a friend was coming to town. I made one r reservation for 12:30pm on 10/29/2022. We arrived for our reservation a few minutes earlier but their doors were open wide for entry. When we walked into the establishment, which looked just like a bar and not an actual place to eat brunch. We noticed that there was as a lot going on. We approached the bar and someone stated that they are cleaning up from a event that just ended and that they would seat us shortly. So I went to the restroom while my friend waited for our table. The restroom was pretty clean, which is always a plus. I left the restroom and located the table where my friend was seated. We looked over the menu and noticed that there were many brunch items and menu was very limited. My friend ordered the mimosa set up “From Paris, with love”. We were told it was a whole bottle of champagne and also shareable but it definitely wasn’t as not shareable and not a full bottle of champagne. The champagne tasted horrible but It was cute so whatever. While waiting, my friend and I noticed that they were setting up for another big party and our waitress “Deborah” was basically the only server and bartender, which was weird. So she came to our table and we both ordered, PaDDy's Pancake Tacos, which were 2 buttermilk pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, avocado, side of maple syrup and hot sauce. But we wanted it set up like a traditional breakfast plate, meaning everything on the side and not inside of the pancakes like a taco. My friends eggs were to be scrambled and mine over hard. Our waitress Deborah stated that it was okay to have it that way. So time has passed and our food has arrived. It all looked just “okay”, nothing extravagant or appealing.

   We reserved a table with a request for outside but there wasn’t any evidence of the reservation

   Best experience ever. Staff was so nice , literally everyone on the staff was cool af. Food was great ! Our waiter Cho was the sweetest and made sure we had everything we needed. They also have a happy hour! 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

   We had a reservation a week beforehand to celebrate our anniversary & the night before they canceled our reservation because someone booked a private party last minute. This was incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate of all those who had a reservation. Private parties should not be able to cancel my plans a night before, i personally think they should reserve at least a week in advance.

   Loud, loud and loud. Couldn’t visit over the extremely boisterous crowd. Left after one drink.

    This is not what I expected in a upscale Irish Pub. I was expecting along the lines of a Rosie O’Grady’s in NY, The Dubliner in Dallas or the English pub The Red Lion. The design, atmosphere and ambiance leaves a lot to be desired. The food menu was one of the worst I have seen even with limited items. Both dishes we had, the fish and chips were only ‘alright’, the chips were not fresh. The bangers & mash, the mash was soupy, the ‘bangers’ were hotdogs! Now the good news, the bartender and server Cesar was excellent. He was friendly, informative and a happy fellow over all. Ducky’s is in a very expensive shopping center and it is big so I think the owners could easily improve the design and get the necessary help with the food menu.
