Food was very good. Restaurant was buzzy with a good vide which was excellent at 10am on a Monday morning. Our server was excellent. Very hospitable and when our 2hr slot was up, he couldn't have been any more gracious when reminding us. Docked one star as some windows have an issue with condensation so they are difficult to see through - that's an issue when it's a rooftop restaurant that's marketing the view.

It wasn’t as nice as my experience the last time I was here. It may well be that they are so busy. We ordered a bottle of champagne but have experienced our glasses to be empty and not refilled quickly. I would have rather they kept it near our table and we poured this ourselves! The other thing was that I’ve requested to be seated with a nice view because it was my birthday but instead they put us in the middle. On top of it all, we felt we were rushed. We would have ordered another bottle of champagne if we didn’t feel they were kicking us out of our table considering we didn’t see people who took over our table after! (We sat near the bar to check). Ended up having drinks elsewhere (in Sushisamba). We’ll not be back. But will definitely go back to Sushisamba!

Surprisingly at Breakfast as Porridge was served Eggs and Sourdough were also placed on table so were going cold by the time porridge was eaten. The Sourdoagh toast was totally impossible to cut and had to be lifted by hand ,impossible to eat with eggs. the waitress agreed this had happened to others but nothing was done We had to return toast all uneaten. Surprisingly all e mails to management ignored Not good at the price

Fantastic service, very attentive and quick. Good views and ambience. Thought food was overpriced for what I got though.

It's very nice restaurant, good view, good service and yummy food. I booked it in advance for 2 months and I been there at 6.30 pm. It's perfect time because we can see the view before sunset and took a good view after sunset. So, we can see day and night view. The service is very good, food served so fast and after we had them, the manager came to us and asked about our satisfaction. I think it's worth to wait for 2 months and sure I will try to find the time and book it again.

Excellent location with panoramic views of London. Best seen at sunset so you get the full spectrum of colours and light. The food is also outstanding. Lots of delicious dishes to share with friends and friendly and efficient service.

Despite having a booking, we still had to wait around in the bar for our table. The bar was full so we went to stand and wait near the reserved seats but were asked not to sit because they were reserved. There really wasn't anywhere else we could wait. Food came out in dribs and drabs - eel arrived first, then the pig ear, then duck, then the drinks about 15 minutes later. The view is really nice, however we did not get a table by the window. We ordered a lemonade and lemon lime bitters and they gave us 2 lemonades - one with lemon and the other with lime. Our waitress never returned to ask how our meal was going and I could not be bothered flagging her attention to fix my drink. They automatically reward themselves with a 12.5% service charge on your bill regardless of the service provided. The duck was really well prepared - juicy and tender and the flavour combination was delicious. I didn't really enjoy the eel because it had a sour taste but the pig ear was really well done. Presentation of food was excellent. Shame the service was so terrible. I probably will not be returning.

We visited for my boyfriend's birthday (he'd seen the lift shooting up to the top months before and had been pining after it ever since!) I booked early and requested a window seat, as I'm sure everyone does. Upon arrival we had to wait a little bit for our table, which wasn't an issue. I asked if it was still a window seat and was told it was. We were shown to our table which had a perfect view, much to my boyfriend's delight! We watched the sunset and the moon come up - it was just amazing. The food was fantastic. We had the Bread to start and Steak to share - just delicious. Even the sides were as good as the mains! Pudding was great, and the wine list was extensive. I would definitely visit again, even if it was on the ground floor!
