DT Kirby's is affectionately called a dive bar by many of its regulars. This burger joint is all about good food and cold beer served in comfortable, cozy environment. The inside has the atmosphere of a sports bar, with lots of high definition televisions on the walls, a large selection of draft beer taps and a whole wall of liquor behind the bar.DT Kirby's has fun with its menu. Each burger or sandwich on the menu has two pieces of information besides the description. The first is a year, indicating when that particular recipe first became available. The second is the "paper towel rating" which tells guests just how messy the given sandwich is on a scale of one to five paper towel rolls. All the burgers are customizable as well, since guests can add bacon, a pretzel bun or even an extra patty if they'd like.
