  Our Dry Land Distillers Native Colorado Gin is the only known gin made with 100% native Colorado botanicals – not just locally grown plants, but plants that are native to the state of Colorado.   Our Dry Land Distillers Pure Cane Rums are created from raw sugar cane and raw cane syrup – no molasses or processed sugars are used. These are rare examples of domestic agricole-style rums. Both the silver and gold rums have a smooth and rich profile quite different from those commonly available today. The silver rum is loaded with fresh grassy and vegetal notes layered with caramel sweetness.   Our Dry Land Distillers Cactus Reposado has been aged in charred oak barrels between 9 -12 months. The Cactus takes well to the barrel, aging adds layers of vanilla, spices, and oaky tannins that layer with the natural smoke profile from the Cactus. It presents like a complex, peaty scotch whiskey - yet it's completely different. Most folks sip this spirit on the rocks or neat, just as one might a fine scotch whiskey.   Dry Land Distillers Light Whiskey is a bright, crisp spirit distilled from the same grains we use in our Heirloom and Antero whiskey. It's distilled at a higher proof and aged in used charred barrels or new toasted barrels to create the perfect whiskey for cocktails such as highballs and whiskey and sodas. It also works beautifully as a spirit to float on the top of other cocktails where a touch of whiskey is desired. This whiskey is a limited stock!
