Selected the restaurant for a birthday dinner, with a friend, and could not have been happier with the experience. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, the service was on point. Server was extremely attentive and engaging. Manager came by the table several times to make sure the food was prepared properly and we were pleased. I had the daily special of blackened redfish with shrimp risotto which was amazing! Entree portion size was generous. Save room for dessert as the apple cake and cheesecake are always amazing.
Dressler's never disappoints us. The food was great and the service (Bobbi) was outstanding. We always enjoy taking friends to this restaurant. Everyone is so friendly and treats you like an honored guest.

Pricing has gone way up! We have been patrons of Dressler’s Birkdale since it first opened. The food and service has always been top notch. The wines are delicious and the beers are cold.
However, we had not visited Dressler’s since pre-COVID, until last night. We were shocked at how much they have increased pricing. While we never mind paying a premium for a premium restaurant, Dressler’s has priced themselves out of consideration for us going forward. We will monitor their menu for price decreases, and if so, we would love to visit again. Until then, we will consider alternative restaurants for our special occasions.
Thank you for your comment and also thank you for your patronage. We would love to keep the price as low as we could. Unfortunately, every single products were increased in price. Certain dishes we also took off from our menu due to extremely high pricing.
We had a wonderful experience at Dresslers. It is our favorite place to celebrate our anniversaries!!
Had a new waiter who was extremely slow and inattentive, it was obvious he needed help. The restaurant was not busy for a Friday night at 7:15 so that was not an issue. 15 minutes to bring water and take drink order, another 15 to receive drinks while other tables got seated and drinks delivered. Managers were on the floor chatting with other tables, delivering food and checking in with the hosts. Unsure why our table was being ignored the entire night. This is our first time experiencing bad service at Dresslers so I will give them another chance. Please tell your wait staff to remove empty glasses and plates from the table.
Ms Frank, Thank you for your comment about the slow service and timing about everything. We do apologize if we did not meet your standard of service. Even though we were not as busy as you think, please understand there were many things we have to do for all guests despite being short staffed. If you think we ignored you, we again apologize for the mishap. We sure will make note that you need more attention to those details you mentioned as you prefer flawless dining experience.
We had outstanding food and attentive service without being rushed. I have never had a bad meal at Dressler’s which is why we have been coming back for years.
I am a repeat customer. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

I don't think you will find a more consistent resturant regarding service, your meal, or value anywhere than Dresslers Birkdale. The service from the valet to the seating, to the service, to the food has always been excellent. I dine at this resturant almost once a month and it is consistently excellent.
Dressler's is a wonderful restaurant, with great food, energy, and even better staff!

Never been to this restaurant before. Was excited for restaurant week to try at less expensive amount. I feel we were treated differently since we ordered from restaurant week menu. My steak was so, so tough and way too much sauce on top. Broccoli was barely cooked, so crunchy. I will say the creme brûlée was delicious. They also automatically put tip on restaurant week meals.
I have had nearly everything on Dressler's menu, but my favorites are; Crab Dip appetizer, Grilled Maui Maui and the Apple Cake
Our waitress Rachel was very pleasant & it was nice that the manager stop by to see if we were enjoying our meal.
My friend and I each had the tasteless ribeye option. Both of our pieces were perfectly cooked and attractively presented...but remarkably tasteless. Being a guy, I plowed trough, camouflaging the taste w/potatoes or broccoli. My friend told our server to pack it up for her dog and reordered Onion Soup which she loved.
I was also surprised and disappointed that Dressler's does not allow an anchovy option w/the Caesar's Salad (anchovies are so inexpensive...). So I opted for The Wedge which as fresh, bountiful, and delicious. Still, no anchovies...?
Thank you for joining us for 3 course meal at $35. We guess that is too expensive for you. Also, hate to see you do not like our steak due to its "tastelessness". We did put demi glace sauce on it which we believe it should add saltiness to the meat, in your case we think we did not add enough salt to your liking. Thank you again for plowing through the food, feed it to your dog, and not wasting food. As for anchovy we used anchovies paste in our recipe so there is no anchovy in our restaurant.
This was my first post-covid lockdown visit.
Food was not as good as it use to be. Appetizers were smaller for a higher price.
Service was okay but not great.
Overall was disappointed as dressers use to be the best restaurant in Huntersville.
Thank you for comment and spending time rating us. The food quality is still the same as well as the amount of food. As for the price, everything is raising in price from gas to other items. The prices are adjusted accordingly but for sure not quality and quantity. We do still believe we are one of the best in area despite being short handed.

However, being on busiest night of the week, many of our patrons were enjoying their time. It is great to have the crowd and noise as we are in the pandemic. Maybe you could opt for slower nights during the week?
