El restaurante Dressler's es un restaurante contemporáneo de lujo en donde los comensales podrán cenar en el patio, y propone un menú de filetes, mariscos preparados con imaginación y aperitivos creativos, combinados con una extensa lista de vinos y un bar de servicio completo que se especializa en Martinis, oportos y whiskies de malta. El Dressler's cuenta con un grupo de gerentes muy unidos que han trabajado juntos durante muchos años. El chef Scott Hollingsworth, el gerente John Glenn, y el gerente del bar Kevin McNamara, han trabajado con el dueño del restaurante Jon Dressler, durante 17 años en total. Gather your crew of up to ten mates and book this table for a tasting tour of our menu offerings, both on and off the menu. Located under our covered patio in the heart of Birkdale Village, we’re the perfect spot to kick back, relax with family or friends, and experience our seafood meant for sharing. All guests at the table must participate in the tasting tour for $70 a person. The best part? The Treatment also raises $5 per guest for the charity we are partnering with at the moment.

My recent visit to Fin & Fino for a birthday dinner with their $70 tasting menu left much to be desired. With high hopes after hearing recommendations from friends, my expectations were unfortunately not met, resulting in a disappointing dining experience. Upon informing our server that I didn't care for spicy foods but adored seafood, I was assured that the tasting menu would be customized to my preferences. However, the dishes we received seemed to be the opposite of what was communicated. Each dish was laden with chilies, leaving my taste buds overwhelmed and my stomach unsettled on the way home. Our server, although kind, seemed to have overlooked the details of our order. We were explicitly told that we wouldn't receive the pasta dish, yet it was ultimately served to us, and the pasta was severely overcooked. Additionally, my partner's hanger steak was requested without jalapeños, but it arrived with the very ingredient we asked to omit. It felt as though we were served leftovers or items the kitchen was trying to get rid of, rather than carefully curated dishes. The quality of the individual dishes was also lackluster. The Cajun oysters were particularly off-putting, with only one bite leaving me feeling ill. The poke bowl was underwhelming, consisting of a disproportionate amount of spinach, white rice, and avocado, with only a few pieces of tuna and salmon. It seemed like something I could have easily prepared at home. Drink refills were slow, and my final drink never arrived. Considering the recommendation from friends, perhaps the uptown location would have provided a better experience. Ultimately, I was left disappointed with the quality of food and service, and I am uncertain whether I would return to Fin & Fino Birkdale Village in the future.

Wonderful dinner with friends. Their first time to this location. We did The Treatment where our waitress brought a variety of dishes after asking about our likes and dislikes and she nailed it every time! Every dish was wonderful!

Food was very good….our seasoned server did an equally very good job but the rest of the staff perhaps are new to restaurant service? My husband’s halibut was perfectly cooked; my special : the linguine with shell fish in a garlic cream sauce was excellent. Cocktails were very slow; the bartender was overwhelmed. My drink needed to be corrected and made again. The table was not cleared throughout the evening. We handed extra plates, used glasses etc to staff passing by. Noice level is quite loud….use the valet parking! A very nice service to have at Birkdale on a Saturday night. The developers overbuilt; there’s extremely limited parking.

Daniel & team were fantastic! The food was delicious. We went with the experience and it surpassed our expectations. Can’t wait to do it again! Thanks for amazing food, drinks and overall good experience.

Go straight for the calamari and scallops. Can’t go wrong with either. And don’t forget this is not a carbon copy of the uptown location. Different offerings.
