Food was amazing and the view is incredible!
Cool place for drinks and basic lunch. The view and ambiance are the selling point. Has a potential to be great but needs to give more attention to combinations of ingredients and details such as sauces and salad dressing, the food taste was so-so for both dishes.
The four of us had a table by the window and we loved the view. The food was most excellent. We all had a very enjoyable evening.
The patio view is so lovely and the food was exceptional (as well as the drink selection). Perfect brunch spot and really friendly staff.
Fantastic view outdoor
View is beautiful
Menu was a bit zesty, lots of fennel
Lovely service, beautiful view, great food- all around wonderful experience! Thanks so much :)
Overall a disappointment. Menu selection was lacking, food quality was subpar. Definitely not what we had expected. Service was friendly and the view was beautiful but could not make up for poor quality food experience. Overpriced and underwhelming.
Not worth the wait or price. They served us raw chicken for brunch- not something one would ever expect, especially from such a high priced establishment. No apology from kitchen management or cook, it was basically brushed off. Disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience; especially after waiting years to come try. Yuck.
Not a bad seat in the place. Our server spent time giving us low down on wineries to see. Food was great. Overall a must stop for lunch in PEC!
We had a wonderful meal, the oysters were fresh , the trout was perfectly done and the wine was a perfect compliment
Damian was our server and he was amazing
Waiter was great once he arrived. Waited 10 minutes while manager had his staff meeting. Didn't appreciate being ignored while that was happening.Strawberry rhubarb pie disappointing for price.
Service was good and helpful. Made a reservation two weeks in advance but place was not that busy so walking up and getting a table seemed easy.
We had dinner and went back the next morning for breakfast. The dinner (which we booked a month in advance and waited 10 minutes to be seated) was very tasty, beautiful view, good ambiance and servers. However, next morning for breakfast (sept.1st) , we waited over 40 minutes for our table for brunch while half of the tables were empty. The hostesses were awful at their job. Strongly recommend new management.
Amazing ! Can’t wait to be back in that town for another vacay and eat there !
Expected a higher quality of food and a better selection. Burger and chicken on the menu whuch is great for meat lovers but no fish options on the menu, Had to settle for a breakfast item for lunch. The order was not accurate. Decor does not add to the great view.
Just not what I expected. Limited menu, very confusing when you sign in. Food was not as good as I would have thought. I was really looking forward to this restaurant but it was mediocre with a good view.
While it wasn't easy to get a reservation for dinner since the restaurant is so popular, we chose the only dinner time available during our 3 day visit to PEC, which was at 4:30 pm. However,we had an excellent meal and the service was excellent.
Hostess dismissive. Had res and asked to be added to patio list at 5pm and she said it was 'booked' till after 8 but would check and never came back. We eat inside for 2 hour while 5 tables sat empty. Drake we love you but fix your robot front of the house.
Fourth times a charm! A PEC favourite
Really great service and our server was super friendly. Will definitely be going back the next time we’re in PEC!
Some dishes were very good (tuna tostada, prinzen chicken) and some were very disappointing (chowder, veggie burger). Lamb roti was delicious, but plating was worthy of a fast-food joint. Overall disappointing experience due to high expectations.
LOVED the scenery as well as the service! Everything was brought at a good pace and the vibes were amazing! 10/10 would recommend to everybody ! :)
Have been many times and loved it. This dining experience was excellent, the service was terrific the Brunch as always was delicious!
I found our server was in a rush, and we didn’t get the time. He was not sure about what the charcuterie included and was incorrect about the size of it. The food was good, the duck wings were a big hit.
The view is beautiful and the cocktails are tasty. Nothing to complain about the service, the hostess and waitress were good. The food menu, however, is seriously lacking for options and pricey for casual food options. We ended up sharing an appetizer and some cocktails and then leaving to go eat somewhere else. I understand why people say to go for brunch instead of dinner. They should reconsider their menu or add 5-10 more dinner entree options beyond a burger, etc. We were here last year and at least then they had a fish and chips option, which suits the establishment. Would love to come back but I don't think it's that worth it beyond a photo.
Superbe vue, joli design, très bon service. Le poulet était excellent!
The place is definitely beautiful for the view. Although the server was friendly we did feel a little rushed by her. The choices available are limited however, everybody was satisfied with the taste of their food. Perhaps the dinner menu would be better for selection. Overall I would say you’re paying more for the view and it is definitely beautiful.
Delightful menu, staff and ambience the lakeshore location is really nice, and the musician was fun — we’re staying nearby, and the sound level is well managed not to bother the neighbours.
The two hostesses working were incredibly rude, unwelcoming and looked as if they would like to be anywhere but there. They barely muttered two words, looked annoyed to even have to show us to our table. We had a reservations, we were on time and they behaved as though they were above it all. They weren’t run off their feet, just standing outside doing nothing. Terrible impression, we’d been looking forward to going for so long. Even our 11 and 14 year olds noticed, their attitudes weren’t lost on them either.
The ledges and fixtures also needed a good cleaning, dusty and neglected. My glass for my beer was filthy. Just felt like attention to details were lacking, disappointing given their reputation and popularity.
Chairs were god awful uncomfortable to sit and have a leisurely dinner. And then the slap in the face of no parking on site, only for overnight guests.
At least offer valet service.
We came with your our 1 year old daughter and they were super accommodating and even placed our stroller elsewhere. Food was amazing, and so were the views! We had the oysters and Caesar salad for appetizers - both really good! I got the chicken and my hubby got the burger.
It was a great night and would definitely go back when we return to Prince Edward County!
The service might be too busy ,not flexible for asign us the table ,rush us for the next round .
The place is really nice with lights everywhere and near the lake.
The food is good, not too creative but simple and really good.
The service was not the best: too speed and not customer centric: no spoon with the soup, no bread when we asked.
The restaurant had a cool vibe. The menu is limited. The service was good. Unfortunately my burger was undercooked. I had to send it back. That left a bad feeling. I also asked for my dressing on the side and it came dressed. I would probably return for a drink only.
What a dream experience..sat outside by the water, and our food was delicious! great vibe, nice music...overall a must see while in the County
Third time i’ve been here and it never disappoints. Great food, yummy drinks, spectacular views and awesome service! A must visit when in the area!
No parking for customers of the restaurant while their parking lot sits empty but is reserved for hotel guests.
Perfect table, amazing ambience, great food and service. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
Very poor service level: rude and unfriendly hostesses and waiter, very disappointed, will not go back nor recommend
