    Horrible service, waiter kept disappearing, had to wait 20-25 min before we could put our order in, then had to wait 30 min for the check, after asking for it multiple times. Also seating was horrible, we were basically sitting in the aisle, had to keep moving my chair to let people by. Food was ok, pizza was bland burger was dry veggies overcooked.

    Sophia was our server and she was great! The food was delicious and the portions are big. A bit on the pricey side but that’s not unexpected from an amusement park.

    Food was great this day but I do feel staff seemed overwhelmed this day and a bit rude. There was no line and we arrived a few minutes before our reservation time but were made to feel like we were an inconvenience,

    We were given a table as far away from the kid stuff as possible after requesting the opposite. We were given a table for 4 even though we are a group of 5. There were plenty of tables of 4 near the legos. I have been coming to Legoland for 15 years and the Castle Hotel since 2021. I have watched it all degrade every year. We will not be back. The attention to detail is gone. The hospitality is replaced with machines. It’s just sad.

    The private equity penny-pinching which has diminished the Legoland experience is most evident in this restaurant. The employees are great. The food is horrid.

    Great experience. e had 7:30 reservations that worked out great. By 7:45 it became crowded at teh l8ine. I suggest reservaton no later that 7:30. Good selection of food and great ambience for the children.
