Everything was good food wise the fish tank was amazing the service was very nice... completely unforgettable
Great food, great service by jose. Highly reccomend
Our server was almost non-existent. We barely saw him, barely checked on us throughout the meal and rarely spoke except for taking our order. He was very welcoming. You all have a bar but can only make the drinks that are on the menu I was told. What is the purpose of having a bar if you all don’t serve other type of drinks
We had a great time with great food and a great view.
Had a great time celebrating our 40th anniversary!
My son loved his first time
The food wasn't good at all and it lacked flavor.
Waiter was very nice and attentive. Great all in one fun place that is affordable.
Enjoyed every minute of it including our server.
The food was amazing and our server Jose was super nice!
Food was very satisfying and Service was great! Overall we enjoyed and are likely to return!
My first time. Amazing
We had a party of 6 ranging in ages 1- 55 and everyone enjoyed
The service was slow. Our appetizer (the calamari) was cold when it was brought out and two of the people in our party ordered ice tea and had to wait for several minutes before we could get someone to bring them sugar.
Had a great brunch with my family & friends, Celebrating my husband and I 17yr Anniversary there.
We had a blast, and the giant fish tank was really fun to look at while eating. Our 6 year old loves everything fish, and had the time of his life. We had arrived around 15 minutes earlier than our reservation time, and were seated right away. The food was good, although we did have to return a steak (we ordered it medium and it arrived very well done), but all of the staff were extremely understanding and provided us a new one as well as a couple souvenir cups to make up for it. (They also offered extra sides and such.) We really appreciated their efforts and the customer service. It was a super fun experience, and we will definitely recommend.
Always an amazing time at the AQ. Great food and great service. Everytime im in Houston I stop by and have never been disappointed.
Reservation at 5, the restaurant was not ready and hostesses did not seem concerned. Was not seated until 5:30p.
Food is overpriced.
Waiter that we had was very good though.
Everything thing was awesome! From the staff, to the food, and the display of the fish aquariums.
We sat on the patio and had a great view of downtown at night. The manager was very friendly and helpful. They were careful about cleaning and distance. The fish was rubbery but the shrimp was good.
Our experience was great. Been leaving in tx for 11 yrs and have never been... i was something different to experience the kids and I loved it.
Great customer service great learning
The food was amazing and the waitress we had was the best! We haven't had that great of service in a long time! The whole experience was so fun! The only thing that sucked was that the white tigers never came out and we really wanted to see them but everything else was so fun! My favorite part was getting to feed the sting rays! They were so cute!!
We were really looking forward to a great experience at the Downtown Aquarium & hadn't eaten there before because of the cost. Since we spent about $300 we expected a really fantastic experience. The service was slow & disjointed. The appetizers & desserts were great but the meals were just ok.
I thought this would be a quiet romantic place for an anniversary. I even requested a romantic table. Did not happed it was more like Chucky Cheese! Will never go back or refer anyone to this place.
Just getting the kids outside! Change of online learning for some great food and a break.
Our waiter was AMAZING and so was the food.
It was an awesome experience my family and I loved the food and the aquarium atmosphere
Did not expect that many children.
Great atmosphere and customer service.. food was delicious
Food was delicious! My main concern was how busy it was... when we arrived we were guided to our table, only to find out- our table wasn’t ready. We were then told to wait... so we waited. We weren’t expecting this place to be so crowded knowing there’s COVID guidelines. While everyone was told to wear masks to and from restroom, I saw a lot of kids walking around with no masks. Tables were also close to proximity. We didn’t enjoy ourselves (too concern with the lack of covid regulations).
This was a birthday dinner for our 13 year old daughter. We had a great dinner and the food was delicious!
We sat at the bar. Bartender we great. Lots of people ... too crowded, some guests did not wear a masks. Food had been better in the past. My mai mai was dry and the fried oysters were overcooked. It was not worth the money we paid. The exhibits were fun.
Ambiance was great and amazing... food was ok. Food was good but def not worth the cost.
I was there for my 3rd year anniversary with my wife and boy was it great !! Love the atmosphere and memorable dinners like this will always be Remembered!! Next time we will bring our whole family so we can enjoy together !!
Experience and environment were exceptional. I thought the food was good not great and over priced, but I expected that. Would go back though.
The food was great service was ok!
We picked from the Restaurant Weeks menu and it was amazing!!
I was disappointed with the fisherman's platter which is offered fried but they were able to accommodate me and give it to me broiled. The fish was obviously frozen and would probably have tasted better if it were fried.
In the past, I liked this restaurant due to the freshness of the seafood. Today my experience was that it was not fresh and felt overcooked and limp.
As a result, I will not be going back for some time. (I used to visit at least 3 to 5 times a year).
I do understand that due to the COVID I should be grateful that they were even open. The service was outstanding and the waiters were very attentive.
