It was an awesome experience my family and I loved the food and the aquarium atmosphere
Did not expect that many children.
Great atmosphere and customer service.. food was delicious
Food was delicious! My main concern was how busy it was... when we arrived we were guided to our table, only to find out- our table wasn’t ready. We were then told to wait... so we waited. We weren’t expecting this place to be so crowded knowing there’s COVID guidelines. While everyone was told to wear masks to and from restroom, I saw a lot of kids walking around with no masks. Tables were also close to proximity. We didn’t enjoy ourselves (too concern with the lack of covid regulations).
This was a birthday dinner for our 13 year old daughter. We had a great dinner and the food was delicious!
We sat at the bar. Bartender we great. Lots of people ... too crowded, some guests did not wear a masks. Food had been better in the past. My mai mai was dry and the fried oysters were overcooked. It was not worth the money we paid. The exhibits were fun.
Ambiance was great and amazing... food was ok. Food was good but def not worth the cost.
I was there for my 3rd year anniversary with my wife and boy was it great !! Love the atmosphere and memorable dinners like this will always be Remembered!! Next time we will bring our whole family so we can enjoy together !!
Experience and environment were exceptional. I thought the food was good not great and over priced, but I expected that. Would go back though.
The food was great service was ok!
We picked from the Restaurant Weeks menu and it was amazing!!
I was disappointed with the fisherman's platter which is offered fried but they were able to accommodate me and give it to me broiled. The fish was obviously frozen and would probably have tasted better if it were fried.
In the past, I liked this restaurant due to the freshness of the seafood. Today my experience was that it was not fresh and felt overcooked and limp.
As a result, I will not be going back for some time. (I used to visit at least 3 to 5 times a year).
I do understand that due to the COVID I should be grateful that they were even open. The service was outstanding and the waiters were very attentive.
The service was great
Food was awesome
Food & Service were good
There was too many people by the entrance of the dining but where we were sat was fabulous loved it ! They didn’t do anything for my sisters bday
Food was very good and the experience was cool. Was a cute surprise date.
Beautiful restaurant with a gorgeous aquarium. We really enjoyed our dinner and watching beautiful sea creatures next to our dinner table.
We went for my daughter’s 11th birthday. Of course with Covid-19, some stuff was closed down, but that’s no fault of their own. Food was good and she enjoyed getting to watch the fish while we ate.
Great waitress. Great food
Overall it was a nice early dinner for us. Wish that a dress code would be enforced a little more.
My only issue is that we are currently asked to social distance but towards the end of our service a table was set very close to me and my daughter, like handshaking close. I was very surprised they were set so close being that there were so many open tables. If that table wouldn’t have been sat so close I would have stayed longer and spent more money. Bought dessert, another drink, probably a special Togo because my husband couldn’t join us.
The atmosphere was great, service was very good, the food was okay. The server had me cut my steak when first brought out to make sure it was cooked properly, which it wasn't. But he immediately took it back to be fixed. Manager came by to check on us and brought my food out the second time. Very professional and courteous. Loved the fish tanks everywhere. Great family restaurant, but pricey if you're on a budget.
great food and service! the fish are awesome! lots tom do
First and foremost, we were extremely disappointed at the level of care given to the COVID-19 rules and regulations. People were allowed into the facility without masks and there were no markings on the floor anywhere (like everywhere else in the world) for 6’ spacing. If some state official were to visit I would imagine that they would shut the place down. We were also disappointed in the fact that some things were not operating, like the automated shark that is supposed to come out of the water. Also, the menu was cut way back and that was not mentioned anywhere until you sit down at the table. Truth be told we would not have gone if we had known (it says nothing about it on line) that all of the preferable menu items were not available. Then to top it off I ordered a $35.00 steak Medium Rare and received it well done. Then waited 25 minutes for one cooked correctly to arrive. All in all it was a very expensive disappointing experience.
Ambience is gorgeous but the food isn’t that great for the price
Everyone was spread out & we ordered Fish & Chips and Popcorn shrimp(kids menu). It was all Delicious & will definitely come back
My family and I come to the aquarium every month during the summer and always look forward to a meal at the restaurant. The staff and management are always so accommodating and helpful. The manager, William ,and waitress Sam provided great service.
Had a great experience but Sadly had to cut our visit short as there where to many people and not able to social distance in the exhibits. Lines or exhibits where not monitored to enforce social distancing.
We will be back next year for his 3rd birthday, my son loves the fish tanks while we eat
Food was cold. And super small portion for way too expensive price
Great place to bring the kids. Great food and excellent children’s menu. Kids loved the make your own sundae. Fun to dine amongst sea creatures!
Food was surprisingly good, and the pricing was definitely fair.
Our kids really loved the atmosphere with sharks, grouper, and other fish swimming by why we ate lunch. Make sure you are a Landry's Member to avoid the long waits.
Food wasn’t great, salt brought in a weird useless container and service was par at best
Small meal size for the money. Better food and cheaper at other restaurants.
Menu is very small, and extremely pricy, having to pay 8 bucks for parking when the menus is already expensive is not cool
Ambiance was fantastic. Food was okay. Doesn't compare to Papadeaux's food. But awesome ambiance.
Horrible the waiter took 35 minutes to bring drinksbring my food and not my husband so my food just that they're getting cold waiting to eat with my husband had to send that back had is all sitting like in the same area felt like I needed to wear my mask the service with overall horrible although when the food did come out it was pretty good and we was able to eat at the same time to talk in the alcoholic beverage was good but they bring out the wrong size I tried to charge us for that so we got that straight it was just horrible
While the view of the fish tank is wonderful and the service was good, you're definitely paying for the fish tank, not the food itself. It was mediocre and extremely overpriced for what it was.
I find it strange that the only sharks in the ENTIRE AQUARIUM are in the expensive restaurant.
It was my girlfriend’s birthday and her first tine in Houston. I picked the aquarium because it was different. I loved the host, the vibe and the experience!! She did too!
