    We had a reservation but the two young ladies downstairs give mixed information. One print out the tickets and told me to wait for someone to call . I waited past my reservation time and no one call . So I asked the other girl and she told me I have to come up again when time come . I than told her the other girl told me to wait for someone to call . They look at each other and told me you can go up stair now . I went up stair and had to wait for another 15 mins . It’s so ridiculous to have reservations. Once we order foods the waiter brought out the drinks and disappeared for 40 mins . We were so thirsty but can’t find him for a refill. The entire time we keep looking for our waiter. We still give him good tips but I just feel he doesn’t deserve it .

    The food and server were great. The tank was beautiful to look at and the server was very knowledgeable about the fish inside the tank. We did go during lunch where there were a lot of kids and babies but the noise wasn't to bad.

    First time dining in and will definitely be back! Came for Father’s Day with our 9mos old and idk which one of them enjoyed it more lol the food was good, drinks were more pretty than strong (understandably - family atmosphere) and our waiter Sho-Ron was top tier! Had us laughing, attentive, and just all around kind. My husband and I really enjoyed this Sunday lunch dining experience.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our first time. The food was amazing. No real complaints there. I thought the actual exhibits of the aquarium would be plentiful but if you walk through everything and not stop to read all the fish fact then you’ll be done within 10 minutes. We did not see the white tiger and the bengal was sleeping. For $58, it’s a bit overpriced for that little of things to see. The tigers seem very out of place in the aquarium. Perhaps other animals could be considered? The train ride was decent but it’s not built for tall people. Overall the experience was fine but far from impressive.

    A great time was had by all! The food was amazing and so was the service by Leo. We loved the aquarium tanks and toured the aquarium.
