Service was very slow, ambience is good for families, loud, lots of kids, but that’s okay if that is what you’re going for! The wine selection was very much lacking. Only one bubbles option and it was a Prosecco, and not a good one. I would pop in for a quick lunch with kids if I’m shopping there, but it’s not somewhere I would go out of my way to visit.

We love this restaurant but it was not staffed properly last night. We waited a VERY LONG time for our food. There were a lot of large tables. The food and service are always excellent but they had an off-night last night. I don't think they properly anticipated a large crowd. Our server did the best he could but he had too many tables. Please give this restaurant a chance in the future!! It is always excellent. They just had an off-night last night.

BEST patio! I know we don't have an ocean or mountains to gaze at in Dallas, but this pati, although still on a parking lot, Dallas-style is better than most! First time to try Doughbird and I thought the Mediterranean salad was fantastic. Hubs had small square pizza and loved it. Portions are generous-- both took half home. Like the 6 and 9 oz wine options as well. Great server on a busy night. I picked up more salads for dinner a few nights later and are buying pizzas for a 12 person dinner party this weekend!

We eat at Doughbird in Dallas fairly often. The food is always consistent; the service is always good. Nice casual atmosphere. Weekends are busy with lots of young families and it can be quite noisy. The wine list is moderately priced but it could use some better offerings even if the prices are increased. Overall, Doughbird offers good food at a good value in a nice family friendly atmosphere.
