   Such amazing food and service. Jillian was a wonderful server. Checked on us regularly without being intrusive. She was 5 stars for sure. Now, the food…OMG. My husband a had the small ribeye, coming in at 14 oz! It was cooked perfectly, flavorful and accompanied by a horseradish sauce he requested. He also had the best wedge salad of his life apparently. I opted for the filet Oscar style. Perfectly cooked, tender filet with a wonderful Bernaise and a generous portion of crab meat. I had the French onion soup also- truly outstanding. Let me also give a shout out to the Asiago bread they bring before the meal. I could live on this bread but the kicker is the butter topped with black salt! The best thing you’ll ever try. The ambiance is beautiful - a little dark and moody- as a true steakhouse should be. This restaurant can honestly compete with any great steakhouse anywhere. Prices are steakhouse prices. My advice? GO! Now.

   The restaurant is nice inside, I’ll give them that. The music volume was going up and down- hard to have conversation. Most importantly do not go here if you have a shellfish allergy. They cook everything in the same oil. Also, the only chicken option is an entire half a chicken? Was extremely upset that my mom could not order most things on the menu due to cross contamination and that the sandwich she did order was so salty she couldn’t eat it. We will not be retuning.

   The food experience for the price was not worth it. We had high hopes but it’s Ruth’s Chris prices for McDonald’s food quality. Two steaks ordered the same way one was way undercooked one was way overcooked Good service Bad singer loud atmosphere way overpriced

   Good Food, But the Experience Missed the Mark We were excited to try Double Cut Steakhouse, but the experience didn’t live up to the hype. There was no valet available, which is fine, but the parking setup was a mess. The line of cars made it confusing and stressful just trying to get through to a spot. A little organization would go a long way. We had a reservation, but our table wasn’t ready when we arrived. We were asked to wait in the bar area, and when we were finally seated, it wasn’t the booth we had requested. On top of that, the table hadn’t even been wiped down—my wife had to ask the waitress to clean it before we could settle in. That said, our server Tawny was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took care of us throughout the meal. The food itself was excellent—everything from the flavor to the presentation and temperature was spot on. One downside was the bar service—23 minutes just to get a glass of cabernet refilled felt excessive. Overall, while the food and service at the table were great, the overall experience was frustrating. For the price point, I expected smoother logistics and a more polished operation. There’s a lot of potential here, but they’ve got work to do on the front-end experience.

   Our large party was put in a small back room with other large parties. This room was incredibly warm and uncomfortable. We were told this was our only option and the room could not be made more comfortable.

    Filet Mignon very good, added the parm garlic crust and so glad I did. Husband got a NY strip said it was very good! Both steaks were so tender! Will be back! Cream Brûlée so good as well! Yummy food!! Exceeded expectations!
