This is the fourth time I have been to Dos Olas and it was fabulous, once again. The service was excellent, from Carl greeting us to Albert taking care of us. The manager ensured that we were having a great experience. I am excited to go back again, as I love everything about this place!!!

We were seated and were there 20 minutes and no one greeted us. We finally stopped a server to ask if we were going to be helped at all. She said she wasnt our server but she helped us. Waited another 10 minutes before she came back to take our order. Then another 15 for food to arrive ( it was cold ) then finally got our drinks after that. They were out of 2 different kinds of “ popular beers.” We were 2 of 15 people at the restaurant so it was not busy at all. We were staying at the Pendry hotel so this restaurant was in the courtyard of our hotel , extremely convenient, otherwise we would of walked out. I have been a server and bartender so I am usually pretty patient and understanding when slow if restaurant is busy. This was just absolutely a ridiculously awful experience. Will never return.

The wait staff was very good, very attentive. Their corn chips were over fried, and too thick for my liking and my fried fish Tacos were overcooked and one of the fish sticks tasted fishy.

We have been here many times, and have had the most welcoming experience every time! The staff is incredible, the chef is incredible and the food is amazing! Highly recommend eating there and indulging in their incredible margaritas!

My only recommendation is to seat large groups with many young kids separate from those of 6 or less. The noise , toys, standing of adults as they talk and their children running around was distracting those setting by them. Two tables of guess left.

Through Open Table, you cannot request outdoor seating. They were able to get us a table outside, then it started raining, so they quickly moved us inside. We were able to split an order of fajitas, which was just perfect.

Our dinner was absolutely amazing. Debby was our server and she was a delight. The food and drinks were incredible. It is a little loud but the food more than made up for it. We can’t wait to return.

Will be happy to return. Small menu which is not a bad thing. Our group of 4 all ordered different things. All arrived at the same time, hot and delicious. Vegetarian options. We’ll prices. Inside, out side covered and outside seating. Great value for size of the meal. Service was too notch. Welcoming pleasant helpful.

Our new go-to Mexican restaurant in Park City. Chips thick and crisp. Salsa choices all delicious. Enchilada and sauce very good and the enchiladas were moist, not dry. Margaritas were delicious. Good prices, especially for a new restaurant the Pendry complex. Booth option was great and very comfy; not noisy. Service was attentive. Really, a very nice dining experience.

Our group had the most amazing time at Dos Olas!!! The food was really good.. great patio seating.. our server Debby was awesome, she was very knowledgeable and fun, she made sure we had everything we needed.. we especially loved the pineapple cinnamon margaritas.. just a really great experience overall!! Will be back!

Was a busy night during Forum Fest so some grace given. Host was borderline rude when we asked to sit outside. We were not given the option but apparently they offered the option to a bunch of others who were not there yet. We got stuffed in the back of really dark and dead atmosphere dining room. Server was nice but overwhelmed and unable to keep up. Tortilla (most basic thing to get right at any Mexican restaurant?) was brittle and dry and fell apart completely. Churros were burnt and dry. Drinks were too sweet and sugared down. Probably won’t waste another night or dollar here.

I read the reviews before making reservations and the reviews are accurate. The food is just ok, no real complaints. The location is great for us but for the money, there are other options that provide better value.

It was our first time here. Wasn’t impressed with the experience. Margaritas were good ($18). We ordered chips, salsa and guac to start. The guacamole was basically big chunks of avocado - very little other flavoring. The chips were thicker harder and oilier than I prefer. Salsas we’re fine. We both ordered fish tacos w rice and beans. Very small amount of mahi-mahi, and the cabbage tasted like it just came out of the bag and hadn’t been rinsed – very odd flavor and offputting. One of us received beans with two cheeses on top. The other had no cheese. I requested the cheese and was given a tiny sprinkling of just one of the cheeses. ??? Would not return.

For some diners, Mexican food can't be outstanding. I beg to differ. Our entries were both outstanding. Quest Fundido first was delicious. My wife loved her shrimp fajita. The sauces were intriguing. My Beef barbacoa burrito was super tasty. All the staff were enthusiastic, helpful, and really seemed invested in our having a good time. Hospitality defined.

Healthy choices, with lots of vegetables incorporated into the dishes. Shrimp fajitas were generously portioned, with great sauce and vegetable choices. Guacamole and chips were a delicious starter. Shrimp and Carnita tacos were creatively crafted and delicious. House margarita was well done- not overly sweet.

First of the service was outstanding. That is about the only positive of this meal. $22 for a juice cup size of a margarita is insanely expensive. The menu claimed it had fresh juices but it was definitely a Sours mix. I get Park City resort town resort prices but that’s just out of line expensive. Same for the food. It was edible and OK but there was nothing special about three $19 tacos. And they make you pay for chips and salsa which there is not one other Mexican restaurant I’ve ever gone to anywhere that makes you pay for chips and salsa.

We heard good things but weren’t impressed. The server took our drink orders and didn’t come back for over 20 min. We couldn’t find him. It took an hour to get our food from the time we sat down. The food was not very good. The shrimp salad was the best thing we had. The Moscow mule was $20. I don’t mind paying for good food but nothing was very good. I wouldn’t recommend.

We went for Cinco de Mayo because they had live music and the post said drink and food specials. I made a reservation and we were seated promptly. The staff was as good as they could be considering the music was so loud you couldn’t hear anything else. They do not include chips and salsa as part of the experience. You had to buy them. The Cadillac Margarita was $20+ and the carnitas nachos were about $25. There wasn’t anything special about the food or drinks. The atmosphere is beautiful, however, for a Mexican restaurant I will likely go somewhere else.

There’s a nice amount of space between tables. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. We shared a tortilla soup (gluten free), which they split into 2 smaller bowls. The queso fundido (gluten free) appetizer usually comes with corn tortillas. We substituted the corn tortillas for tortilla chips. We split the 2 taco plate that come with black beans and rice. The small tacos came with 2 corn tortillas each topped high with the ingredients. We were able to separate the corn tortillas and filling so that we each had 2 corn tortillas. Very tasty!

Food great, service great. They nickel/dime you on the price. Chips with salsa is $6; with guacamole $12. Three tiny scoops of ice cream was $14. The 3 scoops combined was about one scoop. I’d be more inclined to refer people if they comp the chips like most other restaurants.

We've eaten here several times and this last time was the best experience we've had. Service has always been good but the food has been mixed. Seems like they've changed up their menu a bit and the selection is great, food quality is very good. Wish they offered chips and salsa complimentary.
