    We really enjoyed our dinner. The food was refined with original ingredients which made the experience memorable. The service was outstanding as well. Nicolas went over and beyond to give us the best experience. We were 3 couples and it was my birthday they really spoiled us with delicious desserts . The only setback was the sound level the music is super loud and the table beside us of 12 people were even louder. We couldn’t hear ourselves talk. I would hesitate to recommend to people looking for a relaxing culinary experience. But we loved the restaurant in general. Thank you to Nicolas and the staff for taking good care of us.

    Food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. My dinner mate had a “Vesper” and exclaimed it was the best Martini and gentleman’s drink he has ever had, right in line with 007’s roots. We had an early 6:15pm dinner seating, and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere one would expect in a fine dining establishment. By the time we departed at 9pm, the temp had picked up, was a bit noisier, and was slightly more in line with a gastro pub, but continuing with the fabulous food, and wonderful drinks. The Tenderloin steak and the lamb was tender and flavourable, but also exactly as our waiter had described. Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable of the menu, and was able guide us amongst a plethora of wonderful choices. For any occasion, Dorsia is a superb choice.

    Vegan options: Vegan Caesar, Broccolini, Coconut ice cream sundae + an off-menu cauliflower steak (I wish there was an on-menu choice though)

    Phenomenal food but it seemed like the service dropped off later into the evening. Loved the steak and oxtail pasta!
