DOPO, meaning 'after' in Italian, is an intimate dining experience in the lower level of Elizabeth Square in Marda Loop, Calgary. Inspired by D.O.P, its predecessor restaurant, DOPO has been reimagined by Executive Chef, David Leeder and Owner, Tony Migliarese. With strong opinions from Mamma Rose, of course.

                        Beyond expectations. Amazing server, delicious cuisine, cool vibe, overall just outstanding! They even accommodated a vegan meal for me, which was incredible.

                        Great meal again and great service with Terry. Took our advice last time and we didn’t feel rushed to leave the early seating. The chop was amazing and fed three of us with leftovers. Gnocchi was very good but could have been a tad hotter. Music a wee bit load as speaker was above our table near the door. But again a great night.

                        Tonight I had the pleasure of dining at DOPO in Calgary tonight, and it was truly an exceptional experience! This casual family-style Italian restaurant combines high-end service with a warm, inviting atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, we felt like part of the family. The ambiance was vibrant yet cozy, enhanced by a thoughtfully curated playlist that perfectly complemented our meal. The food was outstanding. The olives in the martini were incredibly flavorful, setting the stage for an amazing evening. The Caesar salad was a highlight—fresh, crisp, and perfectly dressed. For dessert, the tiramisu was arguably the best I’ve ever tasted—rich, creamy, and just the right balance of sweetness. The drinks and wine pairings were excellent, which added to the overall experience. I highly recommend making a reservation, as this spot fills up quickly. Once you're in, you'll feel at home. DOPO is a must-visit for anyone looking for fantastic Italian cuisine in Calgary. Can’t wait to go back!

                        Our service was amazing the food was great. Probably the best fish dish I ever had. And the pasta was out of this world!!
