Dong Hae Korean Grill and Sushi, in Minneapolis, serves up a huge menu of authentic Korean and Japanese dishes. Using classic recipes along with fresh ingredients and making everything to order, we can guarantee no matter what you order you'll enjoy it.

The signature menu is Korean bbq, we have grill on the tables, so you guys can grill by yourself and all the servers are happy to help. It comes with lettuce wrap, salad, chef special dipping sauce, side dishes, and rice.

We offer AYCE sushi and Korean all day long, including 31 Korean traditional dishes, 23 different specialty rolls, 13 nigiris and 6 sashimis. Don't forget to grab Korean popsicle for dessert.

The bulgogi is excellent! Highly recommend it. The portion sizes are on the small side but more than enough for one person.

The food was good, but not good enough to overcome the poor service experience and the price we paid. We opted to have the all you can eat for three people and it came to about $170. 18% gratuity was added to our bill, and the service did not warrant it. We had to ask for our food multiple times because the servers kept forgetting. It’s hard to have an all you can eat experience when you barely even get the first order. (That said, we were pleasantly full once we did get our food.) Mo one even acknowledged or apologized for the experience - we were extremely disappointed and will not go back.

Food and staff were absolutely wonderful. All of the 5 of us - from teenagers to adults - loved the experience. Korean BBQ done wonderfully ❤️

The restaurant was not clean, napkins and food from earlier in the floor, and the place looks like it is about to close down. The food was good with the exception of the brisket which had no flavour. It was a shame as we were really looking forward to the KBBQ.

It was probably 80 degrees in the restaurant. Obviously the table grills generate heat but the air conditioning must have been on the fritz—wait staff didn’t offer an explanation. Sushi appetizer arrived after we were finished with our entrees. No alcohol option was a surprise in downtown Mpls. Food was piping hot, generous portion, and pretty good.

The food was terrible. The staff was kind and helpful, but the food was awful. Very expensive for the quality of the food. The Restaurant is run down, cluttered and looks terrible inside. They also do not have a liquor license so no alcohol.
