The experience is priced at $1,000 per couple, $1,800 for parties of four from the same address, and $2,000 for two separate pickup/drop-off locations, plus 20% gratuity and applicable taxes. We offer dinner reservations at 6:00 PM, 6:30 PM, 8:00 PM, and 8:30 PM. Your driver will pick you up 30 to 45 minutes prior to your reservation from downtown Toronto and select areas of the GTA. The restaurant has a $100 per person cancellation fee which is frankly outrageous. i made a reso anyways as this is a place my mother dearly wanted to look into for a family event this summer. Despite the hefty penalty, the restaurant tried to call me late at night after 1030, leaving a message insisting i call back to confirm the reservation. I did however no one answered the phone… frustrating! similarly, the next day i stared receiving text messages asking me to confirm i was on my way. We were indeed and we were well within the 15 minute grace period when the messages started arriving. I get this is some kind of snobby place that thinks it’s super important however the constant nagging and lack of response makes me realize these people think they’re far more important than their clients. Im sorry if our visit inconvenienced your establishment and you have some kind of issue with people no showing however this obsession with chastising your patrons comes across as conceited and condescending. Margaritas were honestly 5/10 and the food, while very fancy, left us hungry. Think we’ll do that upcoming event somewhere else thanks.

This restaurant exceeded all expectations.. the staff were so attentive and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The ambiance was infectious. All dishes were beautifully presented a feast for the eyes as well as the pallet. All ingredients were so fresh and extremely high-quality. The chef came out and introduced himself wished my mom a happy birthday 🎂 Best restaurant ever and I can’t wait to go back

We had an exceptional experience at Don Alfonso. I ordered the Vegan dishes and my partner and son ordered the signature dishes. The combination of flavours with each dish was superb, and the presentation was beautiful! The service was impeccable. This was our second experience here, and it was even better than our first! The magnificent view adds to a perfect ambience.

From tasty cocktails to a very tasty a la carte menu, we were very happy with everything we had. The bison dish and Wagyu beef were my favorites.

Iv ate at a lot of Michelin restaurants and this was just okay, nothing was bad but nothing blew me away. Service was 10/10, and the views of Toronto are incredible.

From the moment the elevator doors opened onto the 38ᵗʰ floor of the Westin Harbour Castle, I knew we were in for something special. Don Alfonso delivers a level of finesse that makes “fine dining” feel almost too casual a term.
