While the menu is rooted in tradition, our chefs focus on elevating Italian ingredients and classic flavors to create modern classics, adapted for the contemporary palate of New Orleans. The fresh pastas made by hand daily, roasted vegetables, meats and Napolitano style pizzas, all prepared in the restaurant’s iconic wood oven, are perfectly complemented by custom-brewed beers, seasonal craft cocktails and an Italian-focused wine list.

Gerard was a fantastic waiter and the food was ridiculously good! The kale, cauliflower and sangria are all you need - promise! And there’s not a bad item on the menu. ❤️
Hostess was not very friendly, all you need to do is SMILE! Server was average, nothing special.
Enjoyed our meal!!
Worst service ever, worst waiter who wouldn't smile or look us in the eye once. The waiter was only concerned with filling our glasses with water, not taking our order, smiling or removing dirty plates from table. I had to ask him to remove the appetizer plates as he was passing by. Then a food runner basically dropped our food off, slamming it kn table and walked off. Horrible horrible. Manager was so nice after we finally had enough.
Great food!!!
Great great great
Great food
Opulent environment, scrumptious food , delightful wait staff. Too many little ones for me tho, get a sitter if you can afford to eat out.
Everything was wonderful but lasagna was burned to where cheese was black and unchewable. Why they would send it out is beyond me.
Told server who just smiled.
Otherwise all great.
I had the Reveillon Menu and my daughter had the meatballs and rigatoni.
The Reveillon Menu was just amazing. The Osso Bucco just melted in your mouth.
Four courses of some amazing food for 60 dollars was a steal.
It was a wonderful evening.
Nikki was excellent. Food was delicious!
Clam pizza sounds weird but was absolutely incredible. Oso buco was also very good.
Service was slow. People at front podium are horrific and don’t seem to have any clue what is going on. Asked them for help multiple times, we eventually had to ask for help from waitstaff. They are unfortunately clueless.
It was interesting when I walked up to the hostess and asked if a table was available. There were several open tables in the restaurant that late evening. She told me it would be at least a 25 minute wait. I went to the bar and then walked out into the hall. I booked a reservation with OpenTable and then we were seated immediately. Go figure
One of the hostesses had major attitude! Very unwelcoming.
Pizza is always great here. The kale is to die for. Fish dish was on the dry side. Spicy rigatoni - not my favorite. Rabbit pasta- tasted gamey won’t order again. Atmosphere is always great, cocktails are great and the Affogato for dessert OMG! Amazing. Thus is a great restaurant - find your favorite items and stick with them.
Service was lackluster. They brought out our 2nd course before our 1st. Flatware was consistently not replaced. Felt very rushed.
Thanksgiving dinner
Was left under-whelmed by this restaurant’s Thanksgiving menu. I was not expecting a traditional turkey dinner but was expecting a relatively decent Italian dinner. Our dessert was probably the worst of all...
Limited thanksgiving menu
Thanksgiving Menu, we get it, no choices off of fixed fare. But could have allowed for a simple request, just the turkey w/o dressing/gravy for a gluetin-free guest. At $60. a person, one should be able to request this, but it appears this was assembly line service. A word of caution, the gluetin-free population is growing, get with the times.
Thanksgiving
consistent. didn't love my cocktail. dinner was excellent
We ate here when John Beau was running the restaurant and it was top notch. He would be sorely disappointed in the lack of attention to detail, throwing food on the table, dry lasagna, and very unconcerned and shoddy service. Very disappointed.
Best Pizza’s in NOLA! And pastas are terrific
Service was great
Well worth a visit if you are in New Orleans, Lasagne was very good.
The food is always very good. I usually eat there at least once or twice a month as my 25 year old loves it. However, the service is some of the worst in the CBD. I'm not sure if there were not enough servers for the number of people, but it was disappointing. I will be back but not on a weekend evening. Thanks, Richard Davis
Wonderful happy hour deals! Absolutely delicious lasagna and pizza.
We got stuck with a 4:45 pm reservation before a play and wanted a later reservation however we just happened to be there for their fantastic Happy Hour 4-6 pm! Half price pizzas and drinks and wine! Go ahead and take the early reservation, you will be so glad when you get the check! Food is always delicious!
It was great, the food was amazing. Recommend the pizza and the squid ink. Also recommend the cauliflower. You really can’t go wrong here.
Pre symphony dinner. Well served delicious food in a very pleasant atmosphere.
Domenica is an excellent choice when staying at the Roosevelt. There are so many great places to eat in New Orleans that it is hard to choose sometimes. Domenica is one of those great places and even greater when you’re a guest at the hotel and it’s cold and rainy outside.
The food is fabulous and so is the service. It is a little noisy but the quality offerings minimize the noise.
Always amazing! The cauliflower and pizza keeps me coming back every time I travel to New Orleans!
Service is always an issue. We had 7 pm reservations and were seated promptly. Fifteen minutes later; however, we hadn’t even been approached by our server. Not even a glass of water. I had to go and ask the hostess if we had a server. C CD w our server arrived, everything went smoothly. It wasn’t the servers fault that FOH didn’t have it together.
The food was lovely. We that they have some dishes that can be ordered as ce ah as of order. The risotto is always creamy and delicious. We ll go back for the food but we know the service will be l’apaiser.
Great food and atmosphere
Love this restaurant. However, the service was truly lacking this time. 40 minutes before our drinks finally got to our table. The waitress seemed to have forgotten us. It was chilly and we sat by the door. The hostess couldn’t move us, so offered to lock one of the doors so that we wouldn’t have the cold air blowing in. But then she never did it. Food was excellent as always.
Had business lunch there. Food good. Easy to converse. Attentive service.
Wonderful service and meal as usual!
Pizza was very legit. Nice wine selection and menu. Entrees took an unusually long time- I think something was probably wrong on the order and they remade something based on how long it took- other than that, everything was great.
Corey was by far the best server we had while in New Orleans. He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, endearing and one of the best servers I’ve ever had. I can not recommend this place enough. From the drinks to the dessert, everything was fantastic. Ask for Corey and get everything he recommends, you won’t be disappointed!
