We had a great time at Doe’s! A little more bar training for the wait staff wouldn’t hurt but certainly won’t keep me/us from a return trip!
Great 2.5 lb sirloin, cooked and seasoned to perfection.
Food was great and our waitress was awesome!
Very disappointing. We ordered our steak medium, it was medium rare maybe even rare, badly undercooked. Potatoes were overcooked to the point that they couldn't be eaten. Service was fine, and price is ok (if the food is cooked correctly) but at the end of the day the food just wasn't very good. There are much better steaks in the Jonesboro, AR area than Does.
Enjoyed our meal. Pretty expensive. I believe the prices are brought over from Greenville, but the ambiance is not comparable. Always have loved Greenville.
Very nice waitress.
The dessert was disappointing.
I will go back one day.
The steak was great but that’s all I can really say. For the price of the meal, you would expect your sides not to come out of a can! Dessert consisted of a cold brownie on a plastic plate! Not worth $100+! If you are in Jonesboro and want a great steak and fresh sides/salads.... don’t go to doe’s, go to Omar’s!
Made reservation online was seated immediately upon arrival. Cowboy Ribeye was very tasteful.
It was a great experience. Cowboy Cut Ribeye was AWESOME! Staff was great and the manager was very nice. I did not like the seating right at the door. My suggestion would be to extend the front entrance to double doors (stay away from cold air/ ousitde smokers 😐) with a small wait area between two sets of doors. Also to extend the front waiting section. I hated the front table right at the door. We were seen and passed by EVERYONE who entered. I will definitely be coming again because of the food but just ask for specific seating! Lol!
Food was good. The salad had too much dressing on it which made the lettuce limp but the flavor of the dressing was good.
Our visit was perfect from start to finish!
Re: our first visit to Doe's on January 5, 2018. First impression: Steakhouse menu, burger joint atmosphere.
The good: Staff was friendly. Tamale cheese dip appetizer was tasty.
The bad: My wife and I ordered the sharing-size ribeye, medium-rare. It was cool red throughout--barely rare and not edible. Sent it back and they cooked it a little longer. Still very rare, still cool inside, but edible. Our friends were finished their dinner by this point so we didn't want to send it back a second time. We certainly weren't looking for a handout but thought the manager might offer to cover the appetizer we'd ordered, or perhaps offer dessert to make up for the inconvenience. We were surprised the manager didn't even come to the table.
Their reaervation process is horrible. Got put on hold for almost 4 minutes before I gave up and restaurant wasnt even open yet. Then tried same number again and was unsuccessful getting through. Got reservation at Open Table and when we got to restaurant they hadnt received reaervation I made 3 hours previous. Worst reservation system ever. Very expensive food. Not worth price in my opinion. Also the waitress had computer for bill but she had to take credit card away from tablr. Could t swipe card with computer she carried
