   We recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with dinner at Doc B's Fresh Kitchen in the Fenton development in Cary, NC—and it couldn't have been a better choice. From the broad, well-rounded menu to the relaxing outdoor setting, everything about our evening felt special. Doc B’s offers a little something for everyone, with an impressive menu that includes pasta, burgers, and steaks. My husband chose the Danish ribs, which were tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I went with the Mama B’s Chicken Parm, a delicious twist on a classic dish—crispy, cheesy, and satisfying. We also shared a small broccoli and kale salad, which was fresh, well-dressed, and unexpectedly delightful. The portions were generous without feeling over-the-top, and everything was prepared with obvious care. We dined outside, and the ambiance was lovely—comfortable seating, warm lighting, and a perfect spring evening to enjoy it all. Whether you’re marking a special occasion or just looking for a solid spot with great food and a welcoming atmosphere, Doc B’s in Fenton is a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely be back.

   First time to this great place with a cool patio, great food, and nice waitress. Definitely recommend.

   Great experience and delicious food. Definitely a neighborhood gem. Setting and surroundings are excellent. Appreciated JT asking about my meal. Chris the server was great

   Doc B is a very nice restaurant that offers great food and the ambience was amazing. Our server Mitch was wonderful. He paid attention to our table with grace. He didn't constantly interrupt our table while we were in conversation. This is a very nice place to have intimate conversation and a great time with friends or family.

   Beautiful environment, food was very tasty, well prepared and served hot. GREAT variety of menu items for meat eaters and vegans, and everyone in between. Nice wine list, and service (Mitch) was excellent. Will go again, and the Fenton area is beautiful in Cary.

   From the greeting at the front entrance we knew we had found a new favorite restaurant! It was bright with natural light, the staff were attentive and the General Manager JT Bassett is outstanding! We ordered the Chicken Kabob Bowl and it explodes with flavor, texture and visual pleasure. It was delicious and filling! We started with the Guacamole and Chips - both house made and it was amazing!! Good for 2 or more to share with generous portions! Desserts was fantastic - Cinnamon Crunch cheesecake, and Pot de Creme (Gluten Free). Very busy restaurant so get your reservations early as possible.

   This was our first trip to Doc B's and it was fantastic. We had candied bacon for our appetizer- don't miss it! Hubby had a cheeseburger and sweet potato fries, I had a house salad with pigs in a blanket. Their honey dijon sauce is amazing. For dessert, we had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cheesecake and the chocolate cake, which comes with a cold glass of milk! Our server Rachel was super sweet and attentive, every bit of our dinner service was just right.

   Incredible experience from the moment we walked in. The food was extraordinary! The grilled shrimp appetizer was delicious!

    Food is always incredible here. JT the manager is fantastic. Takes great care of us. Love the oyster appetizer and the ahi and shrimp with mango appetizer. Staff still learning and they brought things at the wrong time. Some got appetizers and some waited forever.
