WE have found Divino consistently wonderful. The service is special, the food is fabulous.
The owner/manager was extremely polite and pleasant.
Outstanding experience! The food quality is just perfect with a rich menu (a la carte and specials) and the attention is top-notch
Excellent risotto, just the right firmness and richness and it was not salty.
The service is efficient, professional, yet still cordial.
If you park at a meter, know they operate late.
We have always loved our experience at Divino. The service is very efficient and friendly. We love their food--a must is Crespele as a starter or as entree. It is nice that the wine and beer service has grown to include some mixed drinks . Bravo!!
We have been dining there for about 20 years, and each time the service and food is constantly exceptional. Always choices for fresh fish, great pasta, and all sorts of meat.
It is also run well as the owner, Goran, is always on site. Welcoming you, assisting with any questions and
making sure your order is timed right. Wine, drinks all done as you expect.
in a word: Consistant
It is a local Gem
Divino’s quick and pleasant service coupled with cook-to-order delicious entries and daily specials resulted in an awesome dining experience for our party as we celebrated Secretaries’ Appreciation Day. Menu choices are varied. Restaurant is inviting and clean. Servers are professional, kind and attentive. It’s a local favorite and especially a favorite of mine!! 😊
Food was absolutely delicious and perfectly sized portions, fast and friendly service. Would definitely recommend
As usual, we had a wonderful dinner at Divino. The service was great and the food was delicious. We celebrated my son's engagement and they took good care of our group. Thank you.
Always a very good meal in a friendly and convivial atmosphere. Never lets us down.
Divino is my favorite neighborhood restaurant for several reasons: the service is impeccable; the food is truly delicious; the ambiance is just right.
We had a party of 7 at the restaurant and we were seated upstairs in a quiet, tucked-away section. The service was stellar and the food was amazing. My table enjoyed dishes ranging from risotto to osso buco. Everything was prepared perfectly. We had their tiramisu for dessert. It's a must! Thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Exquisite truly authentic Italian cuisine. I had the homemade pasta with zucchini sauce with cherry tomatoes and shrimp. I had this same dish in Tuscany and Sorrento. All three were excellent. Divino is always my very favorite restaurant for the most delightful experience.
The food was divine the Ambiance very pleasant the service was excellent
me and my family will definitely be returning to this venue
We had not been to Divino in years -- since it first opened. Maybe we hit it lucky because the restaurant was not crowded the night we went, so it was delightfully quiet. The wait staff was extremely attentive, friendly and professional. And the food was absolutely delicious; plated beautifully with perfectly sized (modest but not skimpy) portions. Highly recommend.
Always deThe upstairs is particularly qondserful.licious food and a lovely quiet experience, this is a lovely place for a quiet dinner with friends.
Great food and service. The specials always enhance the regular menu, and it's difficult to make a choice sometimes. I'll be back.
Small intimate restaurant. Darkly lit and tables very close together. Can’t get out of seat without bumping table or patron next to you. Service is good.
The food and specials are always amazing. Our waiter was checking on us just enough to make everything wonderful. The owner came to our table and gave us the name of the Italian market where he buys his olive oil and balsamic.
We are certainly looking forward to our next experience!
This was my first time at Divino, and an excellent find for a nice cozy lunch with a client!
The food was Excellent! the the owner and waiter all had excellent tips on the menu!
The food we very fresh and was enjoyed by all very much! We will be back!
Waited to be seated for 10 minutes, no one approached us, restaurant not full. Main course came as we were finishing our starter. then had to wait 10-15 minutes for dessert after ordered, again the restaurant was not full.
Food was flat, no taste.
Have eaten at Divino occasionally over many years ( do not live in the area) and was very disappointed in the lack of attention and the food
Fabulous! Great food and excellent ambiance and service
It's a long drive from Glendale but worth the effort!
One of the best meals in a long time! Truly amazing and so warm and welcoming. We all had the best time and loved our food!
Divino is one of the very best Italian restaurants in Los Angeles. The food is outanding and original and the service is wonderful. This is a hidden gem in Brentwood
Always delicious food and gracious service! To start, I
had a cool salad - perhaps it was butter lettuce - with warm varied mushrooms and for the main course I
ordered a delicious seafood pasta with shrimp, lots of calamari, and one clam in a tomato and fish stock sauce. It was delightful. we topped that off with a shared dessert. and after considering everything they had offered, we settled on an apple pie with a vanilla cream sauce.
As always, the owner, Goren, was there and, as always, he was warm and smiling. Everything about Divino is just perfect.
Service was slow, food unremarkable,
Everything was good except the busboy cleaned the table even though we said no and then took our food that we wanted to take home. It happened so fast we didn’t have a chance to tell him.
Excellent restaurant with amazing food and cordial hospitality. Highly recommended.
The food is quite expensive but only average. The restaurant is also very cramped and it can be hard to breathe for anyone with claustrophobia. The service was good and the waiters were friendly.
It was great!!
We go there every year when we volunteer for the golf tournament at Riviera. Close to the hotel and good food. What more could you ask for?
Cozy, delicious food, great service and beautiful venue. Thank you!
They handled a party of 12 easily and efficiently. The food was great, the service was fine and the wine excellent and very affordable. We were upstairs where conversation was easy and since a lot of people in our party didn’t know each other it was easy to have multiple conversations. A 5 star review!
We love this place for the food, service, ambiance, …, you name it.
In the past, I have recommended Divino to friends as a reliable neighborhood restaurant. However, my last experience was very disappointing. We were seated near the front door and drapes in front of the door did little to stop the cold air so the ambiance was "chilly". My friend asked for water without ice and received a glass of hot water. and then had trouble getting a regular glass of water. We were splitting a salad and they only brought one plate to divide the salad. The salad was marinated vegetables on a bed of greens. The vegetables and greens were soggy. The entree special (a cheese-less lasagna on pureed peas) sounded better than it tasted.
We love Divino-Brentwood even though on a Saturday night it was very crowded and a bit noisy, the Host and Hostess were so calm and welcoming it soon felt nice just to be there and part of the whole scene. Also, our request for a quiet table for 4 was honored which we were very pleased about. The food and the service was excellent, as it has been every time we have been there.
We are so glad it is in our neighborhood and also glad it is so popular - we will be back very soon.
Thank You, RitaB
