Reliably good food and atmosphere. The specials really are special, and the staff is professional. I'll be back.
Divino reliably presents superb dishes and wines in a quiet, elegant atmosphere. You can have a conversation without yelling. The meal rolls out without haste (unless you request speed). The service is attentive; the wine pairings expert. Always ask the Somm for advice—there’s often additions off the list worth a try. The specials deserve your special attention. A bonus: they excel for carnivores, fish-eaters, and vegetarians alike.
Great service, lovely decor, we were warmly greeted. Delicious shrimp salad and bolognese pasta. Most enjoyable.
We have always enjoyed this neighborhood restaurant, but this time - NO!
The prices had jumped significantly and the food was not as good.
It will be while before we give it another try.
Outstanding....Reliable....been going to Divino's for over ten years. Goran always takes care of us. Feels like home....
Just great in every way !!! 5 star service ! Great fresh food. High class restaurant with rustic feel of cozy cousine.
As always great service and great food in a charming environment
Outstanding in every way. Delicious food. Warm, relaxed ambience. Impeccable service. Far outclasses most of the "upscale" Italian restaurants on the West Side.
Phenomenal dinner! The special homemade pasta with veal was so delicious I dreamt about it!!
Consistently excellent for 20 years. A great locals spot.
What can I say? We like this place. I think we have been going there for 20 years? Wow. Hard to believe!
Have eaten here many times before. Guess we all ordered the wrong menu items. The pastas we ordered (beet & scampi, ragu and another) were almost tasteless. Next time I will order an entree. The tiramisu was quite good and we were all hungry for desert.
Divines is a go to restaurant for our family. The food is consistent and innovative with a broad Italian menu. We have always had excellent service and delicious meals. The branzino is a favorite. Wait staff most accommodating.
This italian restoran is very unique by its atmosphere, friendly staff and amazingly tasting food. Great service, amazing food and would always come back for a special tasting italian home made food.
The Branzino was superb, moist and cooked just right. The vegetables were good too, crisp potatoes, vibrant tomatoes, spinach properly cooked, if a bit salty. My date had squid salad which she raved about and a special pasta that she could not finish but which she took home.
Ask for a table upstairs, much quieter.
Tasty meal served in good time, very pleasant service.
A veteran staff that is eager to help without being intrusive. The food is carefully prepared and delicious.
Service was very slow, menu was limited. It took the waiter almost an hour to take our dinner order, and at least half an hour to bring a drink order. They were out of a soup on the menu, but did not inform us until long after we'd sat down (and since it was one of the few things my wife could eat on the menu, it was a problem). When food did come it was good, but overall experience was not great. We won't be going back
Food was great and service excellent
Goren provided us with a delicious meal tonight! Highly recommend the tri-coleur salad as a starter and the pappardelle pasta with short ribs is exceptional! This is a very special Brentwood restaurant with great service and charming ambience.
The personal attention, the food and the ambiance make this little restaurant a real gem.
We were a party of 6 and we were seated upstairs which was perfect!!
This place is great and the food is amazing, very authentic.
Love this place for its down to earth charm but elevated food - fresh, creative and tasty with service that is second to none.
We had a wonderful birthday celebration for 7 guests. The food was great and also
the service. The chef came out to say hello and his wife made sure that we were all
taken care of.
We had a big group for an early New Year’s Eve dinner and Divino handled it graciously as always. They accommodated our requests and our allergies and our server was polite, professional and extremely capable. They have had the same servers for years and it shows in their skills and comfort.
We will continuing going back for the great food and personal service.
Consistently one of the best restaurants in LA for over 20 years. Always try to go there when we're in town. Kudos to Goren!
Sensational food -- the owner is a dedicated student of Italian/Adriatic Coastal cuisine.
Lovely service always. Great food. Relaxing on a surprisingly quiet night. Usually this place is packed.
Divino is still one our favorite neighborhood Italian restaurants. The food is so good and so consistent. We ended up sitting upstairs and it was a perfect atmosphere for a great meal. And Goran and his wife really treat patrons well.
Wonderful local restaurant. Grown is a great host the kitchen is first rate. You are never rushed and the staff is professional and respectful
This restaurant was a real surprise . We just picked it for a Sunday dinner and the food was great, our waiter was a real pro, and the ambiance was authentic and cozy. This is the kind place you would stumble into in Italy and remember it long after the trip.
Wonderful ambience and great food!
Very friendly and very attentive service. Pasta wit veal ragu was fresh and very tasty.
Being Italian, I am very fussy about pasta. My previous vis t brought memories of great pasta but this visit was very disappointed. Unwhelming short rib pasta with everything else tasting just OK.
This restaurant always pleases. The food is wonderful, it's quiet, and the service is excellent. A great choice if you want to have a real conversation with your companions. My guests invariably love it.
I have eaten at Divino many times and it is always wonderful!
A great neighborhood spot with a solid European/Italian influence. The owner is very welcoming and a professional. Divino takes advantage of locally grown products as well specialties and the presentations are awesome
