My mom and I went to watch Game 3 of the Stanley cup playoffs for the Caps. We had to ask for the game to be turned on. Then once the game actually started it was no where to be found because at the beginning it wasn’t put on the right channel. Servers were sitting at the booth behind us. Yall were having some super Mario bros contest over having a watch party for the team that literally plays right next door to you. Our server literally disappeared for several minutes , we were told that she was doing inventory in the back but she came back smelling like weed. As a caps fan, very upset about this. Watched the game back in our hotel room due to everything.

Our go to before caps game. Great food, and lots of activities always going on. Definitely try the crab dip and the loaded nachos.

Could use another couple of servers, especially on game days. Manager needs better customer service skills and should learn to speak to his staff better.

Waited 30 min at our table before we just ordered food and drinks at the bar to be delivered to our table. We saw our server once, she said she would get us a refill and never did. We made a reservation on open table and put our name in the waitlist…still waiting for that waitlist text lol.

The service was abysmal. We could barely get the server to take our order. Once we finally did, she forgot multiple items. The staff needs much better training. Food was good.

Awesome pregame food spot. Chicken sandwich and fries on point. More bar food than sit down place. Capitals game after so there was a lot of people, awesome environment.
