The Meatball Starter was delicious! Would highly recommend Our drinks and wine were all very good. Filet was cooked as ordered and fried chicken with potato succotash salad was very tasty. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and decided on a warm chocolate brownie with espresso ice cream. Yummy!

Another great experience here. Smoked wings and Wedge salad for me, mussels and kale salad for my wife. Very good, and the Old Fashioned (with Rye of course) was spot on.

Parking was very difficult to find near the restaurant. We drove around for 15 minutes to find a space to park. She crab soup was fantastic as well as fried chicken. Drinks good. Overall a good spot for date night

Our server was as professional, personable, efficient and unobtrusive as one could strive to achieve. Kudos to her training. The appetizers and main courses were delicious but the desert was not as fresh as a previous experience.

Loved the ambience! The food was amazing as well. We had the short rib tacos to start, then moved to the she crab soup and Caesar salad. For dinner, the filet and the short rib are both excellent choices. My only negative was that the bourbon list was old, so they were out of several things we wanted to try.

It was okay. Service was meh, food was meh (my husbands food came out a good 10 min after everyone else’s) and for 4 people our bill was a bit high for just meh. Lol. Used to be at the top of our list, probably dropped to about the middle now.

My husband ordered the best she crab soup either of us has ever eaten. The caviar burst into flavor pops and the extensive crab was delightful. He ordered the kale salad which came beautifully presented, with a delicious, creamy pistachio dressing. There was a lot of kale; the chopped pistachios, sliced strawberries and whipped goat cheese tasted great, but were a bit overpowered by the kale. My ahi tuna bowl was fresh, a little spicy and delicious. I drank a wonderful old fashioned and my husband ordered a bourbon flight. Our server helped him select the fourth bourbon which was his favorite.

We ordered oysters that just didn’t taste good. My entree was the ahi tuna bowl, it was missing the avocado and puffed rice. (They were out of these items, but I wasn’t told when ordering) They did remove both from our check and gave us free dessert. My husband ordered the porcini rubbed filet, it was excellent! Service, Cocktails and ambiance were great.

Myself and a couple of girlfriends had dinner here while in town on a girls weekend and this place did not disappoint! Our sever was amazing as was the cocktails and food. I had the Xaman Punch cocktail, one of my friends had the old fashioned and the other had the black manhattan all we delicious. We split the kale crunch salad as an appetizer and OMG 🤤 the whipped goat cheese…still thinking about it! My one friend enjoyed the braised short rib the other had the bucatini and I had the sears ahi tuna. I can’t remember the name of the dessert we split but it was a cheese cake with elderflower and strawberry and it was to die! I highly recommend Distilled if you’re looking for a fancier dinner with great service and amazing dishes. If we ever find ourselves back in Lexington Distilled will definitely be on our list!

Food was good but very dissatisfied with the service. Orderd a soup and an appetizer, and gave our entree order. Waited and waited for the starters while everyone else around us was served. All of a sudden, everything came out together. No Time to enjoy the starter, and my entree was cold by the time I was ready to eat it.

The building was really cool, looks like it’s built into two old houses. Very cool. The bar was great, food was great and service. Recommend the meatballs, filet and cheesecake. Will go again to try more of the menu.

Eat here! Amazing food. Upscale, classy. I got the squid ink pasta and my husband got the steak and we shared the poke bowl- all outstanding! Service was good. Ambience was nice. My only comment would be dress code- most people were dressed up nicely for a later Saturday night dinner, but there we also people walking in wearing t- shirts and shorts. Definitely felt like a place to dress nicer.

Food was so good- even better than usual - black grouper with pickled and smoked vegetables. Service excellent. Was in Louisville last week, ate at a recommended restaurant and it was good, but Lex has 8 restaurants as good or better. Distilled is at the top of that list.

Wonderful meal! Had the she-crab soup to start. It was fabulous from the first spoonful to the last. I had the airline chicken breast with Gruyère baked potato and haricots verts and roasted tomatoes. This was one of the best chicken dishes I’ve ever had. The chicken breast was incredibly moist and served with a flavorful, delicious sauce. I dined at the bar and Joe was a great bartender.
