Good interaction with our server. Informative and entertaining. Our party of 6 ordered 5 different entrees and they were each imaginative and delicious. Do not be afraid to experiment! We will definitely visit at the new Jefferson St site.

Everything was amazing. The food was awesome and perfectly prepared, but what made the evening so special was the service: Peyton was our attentive server and Casey recommended fantastic wine, prepared a special birthday cocktail and was so knowledgeable. Traveling on business and found this spot. Easily one of the top five chicken dishes I’ve ever had. Beautiful plating and spectacular rich flavor. Nice attentive staff that didn’t hover. Great experience all around!!!!

Anniversary night. Couldn’t have gone better

This was our first visit to the Distilled restaurant. While inside the hotel, it stands alone as a great spot for a "nice" dinner out. The bad news is, apparently in the next two months, they are relocating. The food was excellent, uniquely presented, and the atmosphere (except for one table loudly celebrating a birthday) was calm. All four of us had a great meal. My only minor complaint is the timing. While I expect a slower pace in a nice restaurant, it was about 15 minutes at the table before the first drink was presented. Our meal (after ordering) arrived at about the 1 hour and 15 minute mark. I was never asked if I cared for another drink. The server was pleasant, but I believe he was alone serving the room. They have no room for outside service (which I believe is why they are moving), so maybe the new spot will hire more servers.

A great date night at Distilled as we were greeted promptly and provided a nice window side table for 2. We started with the mussels and the sauce was flavorful and plentiful. The heirloom tomato panzanella salad was well put together and quite refreshing before we settled in for the signature duck confit entree. Our server Talia was quite attentive and very friendly throughout the meal. We truly enjoyed this farm to table restaurant.

The service was attentive, and the food was well prepared. The middles were outstanding and my goat cheese ravioli were prepared with a delightful sauce and tasty filling. The Covid precautions were well attended to.

A diverse menu, very good wine selection, and excellent service make this place a step above most anything else in Lexington. It’s definitely in that elite group with Tony’s but with a different feel and creative menu to give it a little bit of a competitive edge at a reasonable price. Food was amazing! Had the cheese plate with fried cheese curds, goat cheese, blue cheese, strawberries and crackers. For our dinner, we both got the porcini dry rub filet, so good! And the cocktails were good, too!

Food delicious, impecable service. We were seated in the bar, and unfortunately, one customer who was seated at the bar carried on a conversation that could easily be heard in the entire room, and this went on for our entire dinner. But as I said, the food and service were outstanding.

The food was unbelievable—highly recommend going here for any occasion! We came for a swanky bachelorette dinner and we couldn’t have asked for more. Out server, Kasey was also incredible... such a great experience!

I will certainly allow a long period for them to practice at being an open
restaurant. We loved this place before the pandemic but it has fallen
further than I would have expected. Our server KC was wonderful . The

I wish I could give the food and the service 10/5 stars. It was the best meal we've had in forever. I can't wait to go back. Pro tip - go on Tuesday, when Ben Lacy is playing in the lounge. Wow.

Had a wonderful dinner here, and the service and conversation were very enjoyable. The Mussels are some of the best I have had.
