The food and service were great. The only negative thing was a DJ started his set and me and my guest could not hear a word from each other which got annoying fast.

The ambiance was very swanky - dark and contemporary. It's within the Kimpton Monaco Hotel. The food was all delicious; it has very different flavors assigned to each dish that are not something you'd see every day. We got the salmon and steak frites. The sauce for the steak was not 'the norm', but it was very good! The drink menu has some interesting choices as well; each also boasting an interesting / different flavor than what you'd find elsewhere. I worry though that because they automatically charge 20% on your bill that the servers took note and don't do as good of a job since it's more guaranteed. We were NOT pleased with the service and not only was it slow, but she barely came to the table, was not personable and spoke so softly (which was hard in a noisy place to hear). Noting also that there's no bathroom inside the restaurant and you have to travel a long way upstairs into an obscure part of the hotel to use the bathroom. All in all I'm glad we went to try it out but will not be back.

great service and food....we were seated in an awkward spot and kept having to move when the waiter came to the counter...That wasnt great but other than that things were awesome.

This was our first time at Dirty Habit, and we were pleased. It's very convenient to the Shakespeare Theatre, and the pre-theater menu had good choices, so we'll certainly be back.

We made reservations prior to a show at the Warner theater on a Saturday night. It’s within the Monaco hotel in downtown. I have to say all of the staff seems extremely well trained. Everyone was warm thinkers for coming that sort of thing. Our Whener with Julian he was extremely polite. Got our orders correct we’re both vegetarians and he gave us some really nice suggestions. The smoked tomato salad the beets, brussels sprouts with almonds and of course some fries. They also had a very nice selection of mixed drinks. Definitely will go again.
