   Brunch for Mother's Day was delicious! We had lovely table for two with view outside of magnolia trees. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Buffet had Cornish hens, salmon, prime rib and cheese tray with platter of fresh fruit and many desserts.

   Was really displeased with the choices and variety of food for being Mother’s Day. I felt the have a better selection on a normal day Buffett then they did for the special occasion. Lesson learned and will not be attending for this day and paying this price when I can enjoy a better breakfast with better choices at a Golden Coral for half the price.

   The description of the Mothers Day Brunch that I received in my email did NOT do the cuisine justice—you had to be there! The prime rib was SUCCULENT—you could cut it with a butter knife. My daughter and I VERY much enjoyed the vocalist/pianist/guitarist, which added to the overall romantic ambiance. For the price, the buffet was TOPNOTCH! Overall, my first ever Mothers Day Brunch at the Arlington was an AMAZING experience!

   Lots and lots of choices. Some of the meat dishes were salty not spicy. Fish was heavily sugared not delicately. Some of the dessert cakes were dry. So it was a hit and miss on those things that were fabulous and those things that were so and so. Service was top drawer. Wait staff was incredibly attentive. Spread was incredible.    The food was good but not exceptional. The service was extremely poor. We had trouble getting drinks refilled and had very little attention. It was very noisy and we had trouble having a conversation. Lines for specialty items were long and many people just gave up. Service for everything was slow. For the price I would choose somewhere else the next time.

    My husband, Kent and I were here for Easter Brunch. The food was delicious and our server was so gracious and attentive! We were glad to get a reservation and felt like this brunch was well worth the money! The staff seemed to operate seamlessly and the manager came out to greet the customers, which is a major plus in our books! We can’t wait to go back again, as well as try the other weekend meals!     Dinner to celebrate our childrens' birthdays and everything from ambience to service and food was fantastic. We all had the prime rib served tableside and though menu said 8 oz., each cut was almost twice that as we all took some home. We highly recommend the Fountain Room on Saturday nights!!

    This was the third time we have eaten the Seafood Buffet. Times 1 and 2 were great. This last time, every main dish was cold and unappetizing looking. Cold table and deserts were fine. Very disappointing, as we always look forward to the Arkansas Derby and eating the Seafood Buffet at the Arlington.

    Despite using OpenTable to reserve upon arrival they didn't seem to be aware of our reservation. We were met with blank stares. They didn't prepare my request for my partner and I to have a celebration drink ready either. For $50/plate we were treated to long waiting for just bread (45 minutes), a very quiet room to the point of killing our vibe and conversation, the food was more like a $10 plate with salad that sat on a plate all day & when we got the final entree it was burned. Of course after an hour of waiting and trying to kindly say it's ok, suddenly spending $100 wasn't worth it. Our hushed whisper to one another was that it had a high price so it might really be worth the wait. The staff repeatedly seemed more interested in breaking down the tables and rushing us out instead of just serving us. I wish when the manager came by I was less reserved but I felt 100% awkward given the price tag. If you are going to charge $50/plate have five star service. That means less then 45 minutes between courses, with fresh food and enough staff to cater to all present. It also means not breaking down service while guests are present and the restaurant isn't closed. You may have stopped taking seats but we were there and felt rushed out. Have music as well even if the live singer is leaving have a speaker and play something. This was an awkward experience that shut down our whole mood at the end of our stay with the resort. Sort your staff out, if they aren't paid enough and they act this way pay better, and if you want to charge $42 for pork it better not be burnt. It was clear your team wasn't a team and your service was a burden instead of an experience or even a meal.

    Olivia was best ever. Allowed us to sit in upper level even when hostess told us we could not. Hostess was grouchy and almost rude. Need nice larger wine glasses. We ordered bottle of wine. Glasses were more like whiskey sour glasses. Guy was constantly rolling noisy cart with dishes.

    We enjoyed our meal! There was a special pre fix menu for Valentines Day. It was a difficult decision but we opted to have the prime rib instead. Hank & Charles were awesome and contributed to a pleasant dining experience.

    Food was not good. Mostly cold seafood buffet. Salmon was way overdone and tasted like canned tuna. Not much to choose from either. $40/person as well. Definitely not worth it. Service was great! Very friendly and convenient in the hotel.

    I went with one friend for Sunday brunch on New Year’s Day. We were not seated until 30 minutes after our reservation time, and the manager at the host stand was rude and unhelpful. After an hour at our table and getting food from the buffet, we had to flag down multiple staff members to find out who our server was, and the same manager continued to be rude and unhelpful. Two men who were bussing tables were by far the most helpful members of the staff, and they were who got us our drinks and helped solve the server mixup (not management). The food was fine, and our server was kind and apologetic about not helping us sooner. I recognize this was probably a busy and chaotic time, but everything was extremely unorganized and the one manager we spoke to was unpleasant and unprofessional, with no interest in whether we had a decent time or not. No apology was ever offered by management for the poor experience, but our server did comp our 3 drinks. From eavesdropping, I think other diners were similarly upset. Overall a very disappointing experience - we will not be back.

    Made a reservation for Prime with Open Table. Gave me the incorrect menu. Food was very bad from being cold to not tasting good. $55 for a buffet that taste like cafeteria food was unreasonable. We won’t be back

    We had Sunday brunch, it was very good. My omelet was probably the best I had ever had. Prime Rib was cooked medium which is way more than we like it; flavor was there though so really tasty. Our service was excellent 5 stars to Charles our bus person!!!

    The advertised menu gave the impression of a lot more food options than there really was. Most of the hot food was barely warm. The “salad bar” was a bowl of lettuce. They did not have butter or condiments out. I had to ask for them. The price is way too high for what you get.

    This was our first time visiting the Hot Springs area, and we decided to just dine at our hotel since it was a rainy evening. Wow, we were extremely happy with our decision. Everything about our dining experience was exceptional. The service by Megan, the food, the ambiance, the entertainment by Jacob Flores, as well as the attention of the manager Jennifer - all outstanding. Would highly recommend wether you are staying at the Arlington, or not.

    We had a 3pm reservation for Thanksgiving dinner. We were seated at 4pm. Our waitress took our drink order and said she'd return with silverware, after which we could go to the buffet--she did not return for 30 minutes; we finally asked someone else who told us we could go to the buffet anyways. Half of the dishes were empty, though slowly being replenished. We sat back down. Our waitress did not come back with drinks for another 20 minutes. There were hardly any dessert options. It seems that the late reservations get the short-end of the stick. Definitely not worth the $55 per plate.

    We walked out without ever being seated. The line was clear through the lobby, front desk area and well into a back conference room. People in that line near us had reservations an hour before ours and were still waiting. Glimpses of the dining room through windows showed us many empty tables. We suspect over booking and staffing issues. For this madness we drove 250 miles?
