Founder Peter DiMartino brought the recipes and attention to quality that is mother, father and grandfather focused on while working in the open markets in New Orleans to the restaurant he opened in 1975.The menu at DiMartino's includes fried green tomatoes, onion rings, red beans and rice, fries, fried mushrooms and eggplant sticks for appetizers, along with a variety of entrée selections. Choose from burgers and sandwiches, platters, salads, specialty sandwiches and poor boy combinations. Try the famous muffuletta, which is available in sizes that serve one or two people. DiMartino's also offers a kid-friendly menu for the little ones.
