   A very happy server (Ari) who never works days, ( only night) didn’t offer or bring any bread and butter and who question me significantly about my military discount. She couldn’t believe I would get a discount on my $11.00 lunch. That she said she didn’t get a discount when they eat there. It was uncomfortable for me but I insisted.    Overall, the service was excellent. The check in at the front even with my reservation having been done before, was chaotic due to the front staff focused with another group overly long.

   We have been here before and had a good experience. Today was a special occasion and we booked a table and indicated we were celebrating a birthday. The food was excellent. No issues there. The problems were the service and where we were a seated. The table itself was nice, with a nice view of the outdoors. However, the table next to us was being used by the staff and manager to eat and visit. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior and conversation by the staff and manager. On top of this, our waitperson seemed to forget about us all throughout our time in the restaurant as did others. Asking for bread from 3 different people with no response. It finally came when we were mostly finished with our entrees. No offer to refill tea or soda. Asking for a box for the leftovers proved to be almost impossible. Once again, it took us asking several times to get it. Getting the check also took multiple requests. We probably could have gotten up and walked out given the length of time it took to get the check. I wish I could attribute the service issues to being short staffed or the restaurant being super busy, but I cannot. Staff and manager standing around, chatting and eating in front of customers and the restaurant was half full at best. I could see not any legitimate reason for the lack of attention and disregard for us. I rarely write a review; however, I am doing so in the hopes that others will not have to experience what we did. It was not a pleasant experience for my mother's 87th birthday. We won't be back.

   Normally a great experience, however on a Sunday the food took forever to come out and the server was sporadic. They did comp the dessert due to the wait for the main entree however.

   2nd try for this location and still wasn’t anything to brag about, won’t be back. Reservations don’t seem to mean a whole lot at this place. Food was good, wait times were longer than expected, then once we had our meal they were in a hurry to get us out.

   Food hit the mark as usual service was lacking. Took over 15 minutes before initially acknowledged by wait staff. 45 minutes before order was taken. To be fair to the primary wait staff he was serving tables spaced throughout restaurant and out on a patio. Normally they operate at a much better standard of service but they were definitely not firing on all cylinders this afternoon

   My wife and I had a Friday night after work dinner. Seating was prompt, food and service were excellent.

   Great food! We had an incredible view of the mountains and city and also the waterfall. Our server was very good.

    There were 3 of us there to celebrate my 83 year old Aunt's bday. We arrived on time for our 5:30 reservation and didn't get seated until 6:00 with many others waiting as well. There were multiple hosts/hostesses standing around the reception desk, and several of them were chomping on gum, no smile for a greeting and no updates as we waited. We checked in once and was told "we can't make people get up and leave". The entire restaurant was loud and crowded, making it difficult to hear each other and our server. The waitress was nice and did come by quickly to tell us she would be back in a bit. Ordering, drinks, bread (excellent!) and food arrival was fine. Once we received our order, there was an error (I requested potatoes instead of rice), however, after I pointed it out, the waitress immediately brought a side of potatoes. The food was definitely good to great, consistent with Lecombres (we usually have gone to the Old Town location). We were never checked on again until we were finished and needed boxes. We asked the waitress if this was usual on a Friday night and she said it was her first.
