Devil’s Hollow Brewery is a Dubbo based craft brewery, pub and hospitality venue. We offer a core range of beer styles on tap and brew seasonal beers that suits our local market taste. Each month we host a tour and tastings event where you come on a guided tour of our brewery, learn how beer is made, and explore the stories behind our beers.
Our brewery has three simple mantras;

Enjoyable night. Members draw night so always a big crowd. There was a private function on the Mezzanine level and the noise from the participants was overbearing...the venue is always a bit on the loud side owing to its design but the group upstairs were disrespectful to all other patrons. Food is good value and the serving size is decent. I do object however to paying $45 for a steak and not being allowed to select how it is cooked...but if you like your steaks medium to well done you'll be in your element. As always the staff are friendly and attentive and the brewed on site beers are a level above standard pub fare. One of the best venues for a beer and a feed in Dubbo imho.

The place has nice range of beers, the food was very poor quality, every single dish we ordered had something wrong with it and we were a group of 12. The burgers are small and basic, the tacos were stale, the parma was super dry, the meat balls were salty, the stake sandwich was tasteless and even the chips were bad. Only go for beers beers.

Devils Hollow Dubbo is a gem! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. My absolute favorite is their Nosey Bob beer – it's a must-try if you're in town. Whether you're stopping by for a casual drink or a night out with friends, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!

The only thing that wasn’t good was that our entrees came out the same time as our mains so our main meal started to get cold

Please show on the food menus both hard copy and online dietary comparability like GF, VG, etc. And I would love to see a non alcoholic Ginger Beer drink available. I have been told you don't have any.

Great atmosphere and service. Abit noisy for our older members of our party. Staff lovely and friendly. Food good, 11 meals served fairly quickly and at the same time.
