   Awful. I booked a table for five people who were visiting from out of the country. Three different languages spoken. They seat us at a couch with two different tables - that are coffee tables - that have two different sizes and we are supposed to be side-by-side right under a blaringly loud speaker. I asked if they could seat us at another table and they said sorry, that last minute they had booked the restaurant out to somebody else and didn’t have any other tables. The hostess sent the manager over who said she couldn’t help and was not accommodating in any way shape or form. Didn’t care that we left, nothing. Worst example of customer service, ever.

   We really enjoyed our meal and the drinks. The service was great and the vibe is chill.

   Sat outside this time; nice but totally different vibe. Prefer the dark clubby atmosphere inside. Drinks and food good, service a bit slow.

   It was a great experience overall, and the service was outstanding. Great recommendations and really enjoyed the hummus.

   Extended HH on Wednesdays. Half price cocktails, mezzes, and bottles of wine. Quirky, hipster, speakeasy vibe in the basement (they have an outdoor patio as well). Service was exceptional. Well made cocktails (try the Hellfire). Ordered a variety of mezzes - feta and olives, Moroccan humus, and pita bread are top notch. $2 oysters hit the spot. Brussels were awesome. The HH burger/fries and chicken skewer made it all a meal. Non-HH food prices are still reasonable and cocktails are Austin appropriately priced. I'd like to see someone order that pitcher of espresso martinis!
