   We very much enjoyed our dinner here. It was a bit on the loud side, but there were a lot of parties celebrating, birthdays, and graduation, still would’ve been nice to be a little quieter and more intimate. The meal was pricey, but I guess that’s everything these days. Would gladly come again, but there are a few other places I would like to try first. Overall four out of five stars.

   Food was excellent. Steaks cooked perfectly. I think my favorite steakhouse in NOLA. will return!

   The host was welcoming and polite with great service and professionalism. Subsequently, the service struggled once seated. The servers were polite and professional but I watch others be given condiments while we sat and looked. I mentioned the situation to the waitress and she realize the neglect and resolve the situation. Then I order soup to have prior to our entrees but it took almost an hour maybe 40 minutes. I had to ask about the soup but tables around my date and I are receiving dishes promptly. The waitress did notice hold the process was no going good so I observed her discussing it with the floor manager. He did come an apologize which was great! Maybe it was an isolated moment but not a good look. Food was delicious as usual.

   Highly recommend Desi Vega’s. The food is amazing and the staff was friendly, fun and very attentive. This quickly became our favorite restaurant in New Orleans after the incredible experience we had recently.

   We are locals and had another great dining experience at one of our favorite Warehouse District restaurants, with friendly, attentive service by Kevin and Gina and their team. Martini and Bourbon cocktails were perfectly crafted, appetizers Tuna Napoleon and Shrimp Remoulade were a tasty prelude to our two wonderfully-cooked medium-rare sizzling Ribeye entrees, accompanied by sides of Crème Spinach and Sweet Potato Soufflé, complemented with glasses of a terrific and value-priced Malbec wine. We always cherish our visits to Desi Vega’s; last night’s full dining room was a testament to Desi Vega’s longstanding 5-star rating for regular and special-occasions dining.

   We went for our 1st wedding anniversary and were treated very well. Our severs Tre and Eva were phenomenal. The manager, Diego checked in and was kind as well. It was an excellent experience. The food was so flavorful and delicious. When we return to New Orleans, we will definitely visit again.

    The attention and service is super. Food is delicious and fired with the right tempo. Always a fun atmosphere.
