                                                                            It was our first visit to Derailed and the Hotel Nickel Plate. We were so impressed with the venue, food, and service. We will definitely be going back! Our server, Faith, was a delight!

                                                                            Service and drinks were good. Food was terrible. Tenderloin was pounded so thin it had more breading than pork. Caesar salad was watery and overall not “Caesar-y”.

                                                                            I don’t review restaurants often but this one deserved a review. Our friends arrived before us and sat at the bar for a drink. The bartender was beyond rude to them. We were seated at our table and no one came to see if we wanted drinks, etc. Our friend had to ask for us to even get service. Now to the food - 3 of the items we tried to order were “out of stock”. The food was mediocre at best. The waitress did her best with what she was dealing with. They seem to have things they need to figure out. Our group of 7 would not go back.
