in 90 degree heat to enter the restaurant. During the initial drink order, we let the server know that we had an appointment after lunch and needed speedy service. He was very attentive and took our orders at that time with an appetizer. The drinks and appetizer came quickly and was delicious. (Fried mushrooms) After waiting another 30 minutes, the server could not explain what was causing the delay. In looking around the restaurant, very few tables were occupied. We decided to leave in order to make our appointment on time and the server came out of the kitchen with our food just as we were passing by to exit. He apologized and offered to box the lunches (steak sandwich with fries and fried oysters with fries). We agreed to that and took our food and left. No discounts were offered. Later that afternoon we ate our meals at home. The steak was supposed to be medium rare, but turned out to be medium. The oysters were lackluster at best. Do yourself a favor, look for a better place to eat.
