   We went before a show and the Service was aware of that and did a great job of getting us in and out. The steak salad is fantastic. It can get too loud, I wish they would do more to alleviate that issue.

   I made this reservation as we were attending a Bass Hall Performance and it was close by. We arrived at 5:45 pm and ended up leaving at 6:45 without even eating. To begin with, I ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 tea which I was told by the server, I'm sorry we are out of lemonade. Next we ordered a Crab Cake as an appetizer and it took forever to get it when it finally arrived, it was wet, undercooked, and barely warm. Next issue, tried ordering Fish and Chips - waitress says sorry we are out of that, so I had to look at the menu again and ended up ordering the Grille Burger. My wife ordered, French Onion Soup and Traffle Mac and Cheese. It took them 30 minutes to get our food out so by this time it was already 6:35. When our food arrived the French Onion Soup was like Gelatin and not even warm and had stale hard bread in it, the Truffle Mac and Cheese was barely warm, and my burger was warm but not hot and the fries seemed were hard and barely warm. Sadly, the manager offered bread earlier because of the crab cake issue and while we were not charged, there was no apology or anything offered to try to even get us to come back. We will never be back to Del Frisco's Grille in Downtown Fort Worth. We ended up going to Jakes Burgers and the service and food was better there for a fraction of the cost. Whoever manages this locations needs to really fix the issue in the Kitchen and train the service staff better.

   Del Frisco’s Grill is a great dining option in the Sundance Square area. We had a table overlooking the Square and Liberty(server) took very good care of us. The food and service were both excellent. We will definitely return!! DN

   Del Frisco’s Grille in FW has moved to my top 3 favorite restaurants of all time. Everyone’s food at the table was so good and so high quality and the service was phenomenal. I will definitely be going back soon!

   Service was not up to par. Initial setting was for four, I had to ask the server to remove the additional two. Appetizer served by a kitchen staff, food by a manager with an apology, didn’t really hear his why. Sitting next to windows with shades at an appropriate level for the sun until someone decided they needed to be raised all the way up. Along with another table had to ask they be lowered. We were talking when the shades went up all the way again putting full sun in our faces. Also the steak on the steak salad has been changed. Not as flavorful with totally different texture. Otherwise salad was good.

   Really difficult time on Mother’s Day, over an hour from ordering food to food being on the table. We were told the kitchen was backed up. How bad does it have to be when two separate managers visit the table to apologize. The server was however top notch and brought pretzel bread to attempt to keep us satiated, only regret I have is when the second manager asked if there was anything he could do I should have requested a dirty martini for my wife so she could forget the experience.
