Dehesa is a charcuterie and tapas bar inspired by the cuisine of Spain and Italy. Dehesa opened in January 2008 and is the sister restaurant to Salt Yard in Fitzrovia, Opera Tavern in Covent Garden and Ember Yard in Soho, offering sharing dishes served in a relaxed environment.
The restaurant is named after the Dehesa- a unique woodland area in Spain which is home to the black-footed Ibérico pigs – said to produce the best Jamon in the world. This reflects our commitment to quality and provenance and our dedication to carefully sourced products.

We ordered what felt like everything on the menu and loved every single dish! Food was great, lovely wines, great sitting outside on a warm summer evening! Fantastic night!

We had the most wonderful meal at Dehesa – a gem of a Spanish tapas restaurant tucked away just off Carnaby Street. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed yet sophisticated; just the right balance of buzz and intimacy. We opted for the tasting menu, which I highly recommend if you want to experience the full range of what Dehesa does best. What really elevated the experience was the service from Pedro. He guided us through the menu with genuine passion for the food and wine, offering brilliant recommendations and a warm, personal touch that made the whole night feel special. Can’t wait to return!

The staff were really lovely and attentive. They accommodated a large group of us and were really informative with allergies and dishes. The service was as great and the food came out fast (as each dish was prepared) and we ordered A LOT. The bread was delicious and the prawns and chicken was probably my favourite. But all was excellent. There was something for everyone. Will be coming back!

A great atmosphere and fab food, we had the chefs tasting menu for 5 people and it was lovely.

It was our wedding anniversary and I wanted to go nowhere but DEHESA. It is always an amazing venue for us and this time was no exception. Great food, delicious wine and great service. We love our table for two in front of the window. Thank you.

Food just not great and the steak was terrible poor cut hence chewy, not well seasoned and just unimpressive in all areas. All round at best average
