Debutant never disappoints which is why we celebrate all our special occasions here. Steak was perfect as usual. Can’t go past the hazelnut eclairs for dessert. Thanks for another memorable meal.

We had to wait 1hr from placing our order even though between 6 of us we only really had nibbles not starters , bread ,8 oysters goujere and 1 serve of very average waygu croquettes. When we asked how the mains were going for the second time the manager rudely explained the time the order was placed, cleared entree and so the mains were acceptable coming out an hour later ? When serving the oysters she almost pushed them in my face as she wasn’t paying attention when putting other dishes down and when I mentioned this no apology made ? She later explained she’d been in the industry 15yrs and knew what she was doing? She then proceeded to antagonise more when serving the mains by saying that they were ready within the 5mins previously stated which is rather pathetic after waiting 1hr for 6 meals the same , she also proceeded to place all the plates in the wrong position and when corrected by us blamed the new waitress? The food was ok but a little on the cold side and. Chips tasted overpoweringly of animal lard !!! When checking the bill we realised we were overeating charged by 85$ for two glasses of wine !! When I pointed this out the new waitress was again blamed , no apology made and just told if it makes you feel better you did get the expensive wine !!! All in all a very forgettable night and unfortunately our sons 16th birthday will be remembered for all the wrong reasons, I never review but feel I will have to proceed with a google review too as this was a very poor experience.

The food and suggestions from the waitress were amazing as usual. Very relaxing and not rushed for a lunchtime sitting.

A little slow on the service when we arrived as it took about 15 or so minutes for anyone to come take drinks orders. Food was great

The best dinning experience for me and my 2 kids ages 15 and 5. The food is the best in Wollongong. Highly recommend.
