We’ve been to Dean’s many times for both brunch and dinner, and have always enjoyed the experience—until recently. Unfortunately, the past few visits have shown a noticeable decline in service, and our Father’s Day brunch was the worst yet. We had a 2:30 PM reservation, but it took 15 minutes before our server even approached the table. Another 15 minutes passed before we received food and drink menus. It wasn’t until 45 minutes after being seated that our drink order was finally taken. When the food arrived, only my filet came out—my sides didn’t arrive for another 15 minutes, by which point my steak was cold. At a steakhouse, I would expect to enjoy my meal with all components served together and at the proper temperature. This level of service might be understandable at a casual chain, but not at a restaurant charging premium prices. To make matters worse, no manager came by to check in or address the experience. When we went to the lobby bar for a bottle of champagne and a mocktail, it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff just by ordering. I used to love going to Dean’s, but until there’s a noticeable improvement in service, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Maybe I’ll return when the experience matches the expectations again.

We had the most delightful experience enjoying a romantic dinner at Dean's. Our waitstaff was attentive. The manager came to ensure our food was prepared to our liking and that all items were of the highest quality. My 8-oz filet was prepared exactly how I requested. I wanted a warm pink center, and it was seared on the outside. Just delicious! My boyfriend enjoyed the scallops, which were also prepared perfectly with a spicy fresh succotash. We also enjoyed the mashed potatoes and creamed spinach! The bread. Oh, the bread!! Fresh and delicious! These are prepared fresh! I could have made an entire meal just with the fresh bread and whipped butter! The bread pudding with a scoop of house-made vanilla ice cream was scrumptious. It easily would serve two. But I wouldn't share! My boyfriend had the key lime pie! We feasted! And the location is a historical building for which the hotel was built adjacent. Hand-hewn stone, brick, and mortar. Lovely ambiance! Enjoy this amazing new restaurant, with the highest quality food and service. This was my birthday/ and his Father's Day celebration.

Took my wife there for our 36th anniversary. The food was great and Savanna (our waitress) was very attentive and kept checking to see if everything was to our liking and surprised us with a great wine pairing. We both had Madagascar Shrimp, Lobster Bisque, Steak and Lobster, and polished dinner off with cheesecake. Everything was delicious! Thanks for a great evening on our anniversary!

This place is incredible. Just what you want for a top notch steak house. Steaks were some of the best I have ever had. Great wine list as well. My only advise would be to have a bit of a dress code. Don't like seeing Ball Caps & gym shoes when I am paying this much for a meal on a date night.

Delightful experience at Dean’s. Our server, Eddie I believe, was excellent, food was fantastic and ambience delightful. Only opportunity to make it even better would be to include a meaningful portion of lobster on the Dean’s Style filet - my serving only had a small, dry bit of claw meat - hardly worth the effort. The heirloom tomato starter is amazing, large enough to share and incredible tomatoes, cheese and cool vinegar bubbles. Overall, highly recommended for a special dining experience!

This was the second dinner/celebration we experienced at Dean’s with the same couple that went with us the 1st visit 6 months earlier. The food was delicious but the service was not up to par as the original dinner. Not sure if they were understaffed but he was not very timely with and part of the dinner. Had the Little Gem Caesar salad…perfect! The petite filet cooked to perfection. And the sides were amazing. The show stopper was the cheesecake and the fresh fruit w/ cream…wow!!! We will go back for sure…

Food was excellent! Inviting atmosphere and impeccable service! Our server Florim was very knowledgeable when it came to wines and made a great recommendation for us. He was also very attentive. This restaurant is 10/10.
