We had a wonderful dining experience at Dean’s Italian Steakhouse, located in the JW Marriott in Austin, Texas. Arianna took exceptional care of us, providing attentive, yet unobtrusive, service for the entire meal. To start, we shared a generous Wedge Salad, which was a delicious choice. The freshly baked dinner rolls added a delightful touch to our meal. Another standout starter was the Wagyu beef cooked tableside on a hot stone, an incredible experience. We both opted for Filet Mignons, which were cooked to perfection. The accompaniments, Mac & Cheese and a “Billionaire” Potato, were both flavorful and complemented the main dishes. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that left us with a lasting impression. We will definitely come back the next time we find ourselves in Austin!

Great atmosphere and food! Good menu selections! Great hotel restaurant in the JW Marriott! Bread was delicious! Lobster Scampi delicious! Scallops were accompanied with a very flavorful sauce! Filet mignon was fantastic and flavorful! Mashed potatoes were OK and Mac and cheese was good! We would return for a second visit!

The atmosphere, service, and food were all outstanding. Our server, Key, was so helpful and friendly but also very efficient and professional. When we are in Austin again we will eat at Dean’s!

Wife and I out for a one night stay at the hotel. Love the food and feel. Shared a salad, mac & cheese and steak. My wife likes it less done then I. They brought me a hot stone. Worked perfectly Great dinner!!

The beginning of the meal was very good, we had oysters and spicy tuna tartar, then we split the ragu, it was just ok. Then we split the branzino (quite boring) A nd for desert we had the lemon hells pie. (Old and the pastry was soggy) Overall a little disappointing

My experience at Dean’s Italian Steakhouse was nothing short of amazing. From the very start, the pull-apart bread with butter set the tone warm, soft, and absolutely addictive. The French onion soup was rich, flavorful, and comforting, with the perfect balance of melted cheese and savory broth. It was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The watermelon hibiscus margarita was refreshing, unique, and perfectly balanced. It brought a touch of summer to the whole evening and paired beautifully with the meal. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and upscale, giving me a wonderful feeling throughout the night. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and every dish that followed maintained the same level of excellence. I would definitely do this again no hesitation. Dean’s delivered a memorable dining experience from beginning to end.
