   Had a great dinner experience on a Sunday evening. Filet was nicely cooked as ordered. Shrimp cocktails were huge and good-cocktail sauce a bit sweet for my liking. Ambiance was nice, a bit cold but the waitress brought over a space heater and blanket for my wife-very sweet of her. Overall, a very nice experience. Nothing gimmicky nothing exceptional but an overall great place for an elegant date night dinner.

   Great staff and your bartender (tattoos on arm) was quite a professional and get ppl skills are to be commended.

   Great atmosphere, perfect service. The food was well prepared & presented, but I personally minimize salt & neglected to share that pov. The parker house rolls & gnocchi were too salty for my taste. The salad was perfect visually & very tasty.

   Our server was excellent - I believe her name was Dana. She was there when we needed her and very engaging with the personal attention she offered.

   Dinner for four and final bill over $600. End results......not even close to being worth half that amount. Steak was wildly overcooked. I told the manager who offered to have new steak prepared but the service was so slow it would have made a long and disappointing dinner even worse. The manager should have offered to remove from bill but did not. Service was slow and overall poor. Plates were not even cleared and main entrees were being delivered. And then after main entrees were finished it took over 10 minutes to clear those plates. After food was served our primary waiter never came back to check on the meal. We poured our own wine and had to flag down busers to ask for water and drink refil. Our waiter took our order and literally did not return until the final bill was being delivered. I shared my feedback directly to the manager who was surprised the steak was not removed from bill and had few comments about the slow service. There are so many options in Austin and Dean's fell way below the disappointing line for a dinner that was overpriced, overcooked and undelivered in service.

   Great service. Steaks cooked to perfection but I would personally prefer a bit more seasoning on my steak. The Gorgonzola and balsamic topping was a bit salty. The wedge salad had a bit too much dressing for my liking. Also very rich so a bit less woukd be great. This is just my personal preference but overall very good. Its tricky to cook a perfect medium rare steak and Dean’s did a perfect job.

   Food was outstanding. I will definitely be dreaming about it! The only negative was that we were charged for dessert when they told us it was on the house. Otherwise, fantastic.

    Food and service were amazing as usual, our waiter gave my wife a complimentary desert for her birthday. They also have great whiskey collection and good prices, we will def be going back again.
