Regardless of your dining location, our renowned chefs work closely with regional vendors to provide guests the finest cuisine, with many ingredients raised locally or nearby. From produce grown in our off-site garden to our own famous Yak raised at Latir Mountain ranch just north of Taos, each meal is expertly-prepared and served by professional staff.

    Beautiful dining area although we didn’t get to stay there. We were seated next to a group of four who were actively visiting and our hostess graciously offered to move us to the bar dining area for a quieter experience. This area was not as formal or elegant but had beautiful tropical plants and very private. The chef special , sea bass over forbidden rice and delicate vegetables was outstanding. The glazed salmon was also tasty, but a bit overcooked. The waiter was a bit rusty but knew how to be attentive without being intrusive. Great experience overall.

    It is such a treat to go to a restaurant that is both lovely and quiet.... and eat delicious food. Chef Cristina Martinez is a Taos treasure. Her creativity, thoughtful flavor profiles, and beautiful presentations are truly outstanding. Don't miss her unique and delicious green chile cheddar biscuit or the scrumptious blackened- prickly pear glazed salmon!

    My hamburger was overcooked and the fries too salty. My husband's steak was tough and overcooked and his fries not hot enough. The chocolate cake was outstanding, however.

    The venue is fantastic and worth the experience. There are few choices on the menu. The meals were far from exceptional.

    Good, not great. Service was a bit off, server forgot we had a salad so the entrees came early.

    We had the most enjoyable Mother’s Day brunch. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere is breathtaking and service was great. The hotel is so beautiful. Their amazing landscaping made for an enjoyable walk after our meal.

    We have always enjoyed this restaurant, and our last few visits have been even better. Excellent vegetarian/vegan and seafood dishes. The mussels and salmon dishes are delicious. I had an excellent dish, starring cabbage, with a mustard sauce. The cheddar biscuits are incredible. and the pineapple upside down cake is decadently delicious.

    My wife offers this review: We express grateful thanks to Executive Chef Cristina Martinez for making available her creative and unique culinary invention, Lobster Benedict, on special order during our recent Sunday brunch. This item was no longer on the menu and our family was disappointed to see it go. However, Ms Martinez and her team indicated that a special order the day before would result in its reappearance. We called on Saturday with our request and were again wowed by this dish. Absolutely delicious: Juicy, plump lobster topped by voluptuous poached eggs dripping with rich, buttery, tangy hollandaise sauce on toasted brioche accompanied by fresh mixed greens with slim, crunchy asparagus slices. De la Tierra, you have a treasure in your kitchen. We salute Ms Martinez’s care and attention. Cheers. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

    Hostess and server were both excellent and knowledgeable. Food was filled with flavor and cooked to order. We enjoyed ourselves for sure.
