The Left Bank Village is a much-loved venue set on the banks of the Wye, a stone’s throw from the Hereford Cathedral. The Left Bank Village is Hereford’s Premier Events Venue and one of the city’s most popular places for eating-out, drinking and socialising.

De Koffie Pot, our continental style cafe-bar with its own riverside courtyard.

The De Koffie Pot menu is served inside De Koffie Pot, to the courtyard outside and to the Left Bank's Champagne Terrace. Upon arrival you can request where you sit, subject to availability.

Indulge in a selection of prime meats and vegetables, including tasty vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Booked a table for 6pm. Arrived on time. Was told we could sit anywhere. Waited until 6.40 before asking at the bar when our orders would be taken to be told to use the app. Didn'it wait too long for the food. When it was delivered it was just plonked on the end of the table and the server left. We had to ask another server for sauces etc. We were asked by a different server if our food was OK. Food was OK but not amazing.

A lovely Mothers Day treat at the left Bank, superb Sunday carvery followed by a delicious pudding, served by friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed it

The carvery was good value for money. Unfortunately even though we had booked to have a carvery it wasn’t clear where you have to go to be seated. When I approached the bar to see where we should go, the server looked straight at me and walked away to get drinks before I had chance to ask what we should do. When we found somebody else to ask they pointed to our table, then nobody came over to instruct us on the process so we joined the queue for the carvery without the card. The “manager” was a bit short with his answer when we asked for a card, as once we were in the queue it became clear that we needed one. It left us with a bit of a sour taste about the whole procedure , customer service definitely wasn’t at the forefront of their minds today. We have eaten a number of times at De Koffie Pot and the left bank. Only once has the experience been smooth. There are a lot of staff milling around but none of them appear to know what is going on. The servers who came to clear our table once we were finished were ok

Did not realise it was the lunchtime menu. There was knowone in there except people drinking in the garden. We left before ordering due to this. Not an issue I really enjoy sitting outside in the day and the food is good and good value it was just I had my cousin down and was expecting a nighttime menu basically. Also it was pretty cold inside but that was probably due to people in and out to the garden area.

Lovely fresh salad but the caramelised onion tart was very very sweet Would be nice to have had table service when sitting inside and to be able to have ‘tab’ rather than paying for everything separately … totally understand that this wouldn’t work outside

Had an amazing valentines meal here. The price was good for the quality we had. Was not expecting the food to blow me away as I am a fussy eater but I was truly blown away here with the taste and quality of the food. I would definitely recommend it.
