Our experience at David’s was absolutely incredible. We had the tasting menu and every course was excellent, plus the wine pairings were perfect. I’ve been fortunate to have had many restaurant tasting menus, a very few of which were as great as David’s. David the owner obviously is an incredibly talented chef. Not only that but he made an effort to check in with us frequently to ensure we were happy with our experience.

Escargots and Bouillabaisse were outstanding. Filet Oscar was good but not great - Lots of tendon running through it. Lobster was great Would we go back - most definitely - Christine our server was phenomenal Always checking in on us.

David’s is an exquisite place to dine! The staff is very knowledgable and professional. The food was divine. I have a severe gluten intolerance and our server was very attentive to that. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. David’s is at the top of our list!

We have taken guests several times to David’s and always considered it a “special” place to take guest for special occasions. This visit was not the usual, as we requested a booth, and received a call 4 hours before our reservation, held by credit card, to confirm our seating request for a booth. We were with our guests, and set them up for a special night, only to arrive and be told they had given away our booth, and moved to an empty room with a table of 6 celebrating a birthday. They were noisy, and once they left it was very quiet and we felt unwelcome on this evening. I had walk through the dining room about every 10 minutes, and there was an open booth for an hour, and many had only 2 guests. It put a damper on our special night, and we were shocked at the request being rejected upon arrival. If not for having to hold with a credit card, we would have left, and probably should have, as it was not what we had expected or experienced in our many previous visits. They did offer us complimentary deserts for the inconvenience but the overall experience was not up to our past experiences. We have invited guests to celebrate a birthday next week, and have decided we will take them elsewhere for this special occasion. This experience led to much tension all evening and we are hopeful our next event will be more memorable elsewhere.

David’s has exceeded expectations on multiple occasions, my wife and I were celebrating an anniversary and from the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. The hostess greeted us with a smile, the server (I believe it was Eve) was patient, attentive, and went over the specials and menu features in great detail. The bread was dangerously good, and Chef David prepared a nice complimentary amuse-bouche to get the night started. The French onion soup was very well balanced and served nice and hot, while the burratta was clean and loaded with tomatoes and peaches. The entrees didn’t disappoint but the sea bass was the star of the show, it had a great sear and cooked to perfection and tasted fresh.
